Timeshare Rescue And Resort Transfer Services Take your money for timeshare transfer services but they don't give you the service, They simply don't do anything but take your money Denver Colorado

Timeshare Rescue had a seminar at the Marriot Hotel in June of 2008. The seminar was for people who were trying to unload timeshares that they no longer had use for or didn't want or couldn't sell. I attended the seminar and I paid Timeshare Rescue 1495.00 dollars certified check to take over my timeshare at Attitash Ski Resort in Glen, Nh. Resort Transfer Services is an affiliate of Timeshare Rescue. As of June of 2008 I was told that I wouldn't need to worry about anything, including maintenance fees. If I received a bill I'm told to fax the bill to the email address support@timesharerescue.com which I have done. The bill would be paid at time of closing. Problem is the haven't done anything with the transfer as of today 6-29-09.

Now I'm getting letters from my resort that they are going to terminate my ownership because I haven't paid my maintenance bill. RTS has informed me that if I pay the bill I will be reimbursed at time of closing, but they are advising me not to pay the fee, which means I get terminated and they keep the money. I have asked for my money back and I would forget about the transfer but that's not going to happen. I also filed a complaint with the BBB case #75074643 and two letters were sent to RTS and the company never responded. All this company does is take the money and they do nothing. I strongly recommend that people do not attend one of their seminars if you receive an invitation in the mail. I would also appreciate help in resolving this matter. Thanks
