Lying Joe Timmerman took over $2000.00 for a deposit and never came back to do the job. Crooked Joe Timmerman is a con artist and belongs in jail. Do not use this guy or his company, you will regret it. You know he's lying when his lips are moving....
This guy did come recommended. He has lived in the area for years and has been in business as a contractor and an electrician. Even the electrical inspector spoke good of him. If Lying Joe can fool me, he can fool anybody.
We know a whole series of NY laws were broken, “ Swindle, Fraud, Larceny by False Promise, Larceny by False Pretenses, Larceny by Trick, Contractor did not escrow money, etc.
Joe was suppose to drop off material and pick up his 50% deposit. He showed up stating that he needed the money to purchase the material. That was on April 25, 2016. Joe took the Bank Check and never returned. It is very important to understand that there was absolutely no material delivered or any work started.
Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from Crooked Lying Joe Timmerman. He has more believable stories than I have ever heard before. He truly is a Con-Artist....
