This is for all you ladies out there. This report is about an individual who preys on women and their vulnerabilities. Don't be fooled by how he cons you into thinking you are the best thing that ever happened to him, or professes his love for you at the get-go.

He pretends his love is so real and that's he's such a genuine guy that you will think you are the luckiest person in the world to find someone who cares for you with such passion. You wind up believing in every word he says because his back-up is his Christianity.  How could that be wrong, right? Not only does he say he is Christian, but he has a business with a Christian name. You automatically think, wow, how admirable, right?  Wrong.

Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie.  Except with the exception he has been married 5 times. You ask yourself why. He continues to tell you he has never left one of those women, that they "all" left him.  Oh boo-h*o, you feel sad for him...How could these women be so cruel you think.

At the start, he tells you "It's all about you"..and every day that passes "you" are the "best" woman out there, and the best woman for him. You find yourself working hard for him to make a profit for his business. He first recognizes your strengths and talents and then bingo, you are a piece of work in the making.  Always thankful and never skips a beat with your being, "All the Best". 

He puts you in charge of his business. You are so happy that you are doing what you love doing and you are good at it. While he is out "saying" he is bringing home the bacon, you are working your a*s off. You feel for him because he is working so hard, so you want his success to bloom, so you wind up spending your own cash and now he's got a good thing going.

All this time, he is promising you the moon. He wants to buy you a home, wants you as his wife, confesses he loves you dearly and that you or "we" belong together for the rest of our lives. Living in separate States, we are in a long-distance relationship. He asks you to disconnect your cell phone and put you on his plan and gets you a new cell. He says he is not controlling and at that point you think he is not.

For months on end you get stuck with the realtors and viewing client portals to find your dream house. During the process you are also working his business and creating products for him.  He claims he will pay you for your labor. He sends two checks to you with a years time.  The second one he says hold it for a few days and then it gets cashed. The third check is written towards the end of the year and it never gets cashed.  Come to find out he has a negative business bank account.

He then tells you he is working on fixing this with a bank rep. Yet, days turn into weeks and the balance grows with bank charges added daily. When confronted he has the same story and becomes angry that you have checked on it and further that you have the gall to check on it when in fact he is the one who gave your access to the account and an ATM card.

In short after a years time he says he isn't going to buy the house. This is where it gets confusing. Suddenly he has not money to pay the bank, yet he had enough money to buy you a house? What's wrong with that picture? You are on to him and he knows it. He is angry and makes you feel it's your fault and how dare you. 

He sells all his belongings and says he is moving up to be with you and asks you to be his wife. He can get new man toys, so why cart all his precious toys to another State and make it hard on the guy. You think of my God this man is working his tail off so hard and he's so tired and tells you oh this is so hard at my age and you feel bad.  He tells you the date he has given notice to his current residence and the date he will depart and come to your loving arms.

Guess what? He's a "No Show"! He never comes. You wait and wait day after day thinking oh my gosh, is he hurt, was there an accident, did he pass away? This was the man you were about to spend the rest of your life with.  10 days have passed since our last communication. It's fair to say "I been Took"!  Who does that? What a scamming piece of work this guy is and trust me there is so much more.

The point here is to warn you ladies! There is and will be another woman who he will prey on and unfortunately most will believe him. He has the Christian faith to support his believeability and also has a 4 year degree in Architecture! Wow you think what a guy, what an admirable ethical professional man and loving person he is.

Don't be fooled by this individual! Good luck ladies, but if you see this guy or meet up with him, keep going and run as fast as you can..he's just not worth a cent!!

Tip: He's anywhere in California & is open to moving into any west coast city. He could be in San Luis Obispo area, or Napa, Ca, He is known to love coastal areas and frequents the beaches alot.
