Timothy Carter does not actually work for the company ACTIVE VISION MEDIA out of Oshkosh Wisconsin. Timothy Carter was at one time part owner. When it was learned the "SEO Services" he offered were fraudulent and non-existent he was stripped of any ownership or rights to the company or it's clients.
The company has no affiliation with Timothy Carter what so ever. Several clients were contacted as well as Active Vision Media's current owner in regards to the situation.
Timothy Carter claims to have practiced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for the past 10 years, this is false. Timothy Carter does not even know the core fundamentals of performing SEO and it's processes.
After contacting several of Timothy Carters past clients it was learned he took the money and never delivered on keywords or results. Timothy Carter cannot get you on the first page of google as he promises.
Timothy Carter uses a program called MYSEOTOOL to perform some of his practices as well as a tool called a GSA RANKER. Tim will input your information into these and that is it.
Tim often asks for money ranging from $150-650 upfront for services. Give him NOTHING.
Tim has also started "Marketing" to people he runs a call center and for $3,000 will sell what ever product you want. He claimed to customers of AVM the call center was under AVM's control. When confront by the owner of AVM he told him the call center was in Arizona. THERE IS NO CALL CENTER.

Graham Murray is on drugs, illegal and RX. His issues with his Father from his childhood he said has caught up to him. Graham may also be facing extortion charges.
