Tipton Compan, Bryan Tipton Took a down payment but never did any remodeling work Lindenhurst Illinois

Mr. Tipton agreed to do an extensive remodeling project in my home. He accepted substantial initial payments from me in anticipation of the work being done.

Problems with securing the needed buidling permits were encountered. At this point in the process, Mr. Tipton became totally unresponsive and uncooperative. He did not return phone calls or answer letters requesting a refund of the mondy paid to him.

At no point since this occurred (early in 2004) has Mr. Tipton done any work at all on the project, or provided any of the supplies and/or materials needed for the project. He has also not returned any of the money ($55,000) that I paid to him in advance of work being started on the project. This money is a total loss to me, and I have nothing whatsover to show for it.
