Titanium Exclusive Cookware POOR PRODUCT QUALITY Orange County Fair California

I purchased a wok (model 832) and a small frying pan (model 120) (both came with glass lids) for $520 US dollars on 07-28-12 at the Orange county fair (in Costa Mesa, CA).  In less then 8 months the wok lost it's nonstick ability and the bottom of the wok lost it's coating.  (The pan has lost most of it's nonstick ability, but I don't use it as much and it was only a quarter of the price of the wok).

When I purchased the wok and pan, the sales man assured me that I was buying a quality product that would last my many years.  For the price I paid, I expected a quality product.  I believed the sales man.  (Big mistake!)  I went back to the Orange county fair to visit the "Titanium Exclusive" booth to see what they could do for me.  I spoke to "Alex" who told me to bring the wok back.  "Alex" stated my wok had build up on it and that was the reason for the wok to lose it's nonstick ability.  Two weeks later (07-31-13), I returned to the Orange county fair with my wok.  I showed "Alex" my wok and he said my wok was defective.  He told me to mail the wok to Canada and include shipping money for "Titanium Exclusive" to ship it back to me.  I asked if there was anything he could do for me.  He stated without a receipt there was nothing he could do.  I told him I did not bring my receipt.

After thouroughly explaining to "Alex" how unhappy I was with his customer service and his faulty product, he stated he would take my wok.  He then told me to email a copy of my receipt to "Titanium Exclusive" and they will send me a new wok free of charge.

I am still waiting for a new wok to show up at my house.  If I am going to pay over $400 US dollars for a wok, I should at least get better service and a better product then what I am getting right now.  If go to a Luis Vuitton store or any name brand store and I will get good service and a good product.  Not the case with "Titanium Exclusive Cookware," this brand/company is not exclusive at all.
