I do not plan to get involved in this argument in depth, but read the entire page along with rebuttals and would like to give some advice about this.

First, I would like to say that I do not personally know the person being accused, as I follow politics more than acting and modeling, and had to use Google to find out who he even is. I am in college now with plans to attend law school, and have had some psychology classes as well (Reasons I'm kind of credible)

Here is what I think about this situation:

1.There are no incriminating results for "TJ Hoban Scandal" on Google, and I assure everyone reading this that if these claims were true it would be a huge scandal by now.

2. Due to the lack of the consumer pressing charges, it's not likely they have any evidence of this or that it even happened at all.

3. The complaints claiming to be from different people are most likely from the same person, but I cannot prove that. The writing style sounds similar with the same grammatical errors and homophobic accusations that Hoban was preforming for men. I have no idea if that's even true, nor do I care because it's irrelevant and just fine IF he is gay/bisexual. Also, preforming for the same sex does not mean being attracted to them.

4. If the complaints being made are true, it sounds like the behavior of someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (The inflated sense of self causing the person to take desperate measures to maintain an image of superiority and not feel bad about it, as well as getting angry if anyone insults that sense of self.) I'm not saying Hoban has the disorder, but I do have a few points to make. It could be common in people in show business such as actors or models. It also can cause the person with the disorder to project their problems onto others, much like a Borderline Personality Disorder person may do. That means that while Actor/Model Hoban MAY have it, the person accusing it may be able to describe it so well because they themselves have it.

5. Given what I said in #4, it seems to me that the consumer has some kind of mental illness making them do this, such as NPD, BPD, or possibly a delusional disorder. This is not meant to be stigma, but rather another explanation as to their motives.

Advice for Mr. Hoban:

1. I have not had many law classes yet, but I believe that if these allegations are false, they count as a crime of slander, and therefore should be taken down. However, they must be proved false, and I already forget who contacted police and who didn't.  The police may not find it to be such a huge deal because it's only on this website and has not spread.  If you call it harassment it can be considered more personal and might get more results.

2. This does not seem to be a huge threat to your career, so assuming it's even the real TJ Hoban replying, you don't have much to worry about. However, the accusations are of  serious crimes and I can see wanting it taken down.

3. If it's really bothering you, get a lawyer.  They'll know way more about what can be done.

4. Some people of interest or suspects in this case would be anyone with a motive. It's probably a random hoax by someone you do not know, but it may be a business rival or former employee. We must also consider that you are doing this yourself as a publicity stunt, but that's highly unlikely given what's being said.

Then again, there's also the possibility that all of this is a hoax, including false replies from someone pretending to be TJ Hoban. If both sides are complete fakes, then thanks for keeping me entertained for a good long while ;D

Whoever is making these claims, come forward, identify yourself and provide evidence.   I've never done any of the disgusting and disturbing things this mystery person claims.  On the surface these false accusations are damning to those who do not know me.  Most of these claims would surely be criminal offenses and a matter of public record available here http://www.ca.gov/onlineservices/os_government_records.html.  Fortunately they are all completely false.  I've never had to deal with any of these accusations in "real life" other than on the anonymous RipoffReport.  Thankfully my reputation among everyone who knows me or of me, knows that these are obvious lies and there isn't one person who has ever made these outrageous claims in person.  This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to harm me.  However, it takes more than just lies to do so.  You need evidence.  I demand you Identify yourself and post up any evidence to support your nonsense.  I truly believe the same person has posted these statements.  Unfortunately RipoffReport will not disclose their info to me so I may pursue legal action.  If anyone has any leads as to whom is responsible for these posts, please email direct tj@tjhoban.net.  Thank you.  TJ

I knew him from way back when he use to dance at this popular boys club on santa monica blvd.  I remember back then how attractive he was and in such great shape.  So i was taken aback when he was 86'd from our club due to his selling xtc problem.  He also was hated by all the other male dancers bc he was suspected of stealing other dancers tips back stage.  He was one of the cutest dancers but def one of the most hated bc of his larceny.  Its a shame, i personally liked him and was disgusted what a bi polar handsome criminal he is.  But i always did like the bad boys.  

This guy TJ hoban is notorious scumbag of LA, he use to dance for gay men and do things for money:   hes widely hated by all the other promoters, his ex partner told me how hes passed on vd to 3 girls he slept with and he wont wear a condom.  Also found out he has a record in his home town for drug sales, sexual mis conduct and has 3 restraining orders against him.  he was basically ran out of his town and now hes black listed in LA..  

hes a total joke around the clubs now, thats why hes not aloud in anymore.  All door guys know not to give him entry.  All the older mature girls in LA know his game and laugh when he slimes around.  He only has a shot w new youngs in town that dont know better.    He carries his pic's around and shows everyone to try and pass as a model.  Hes obsessed with himself thats why he has no friends. His nickname is garbagedick bc of how many girls hes diseased. He ruined a girlfriend of mines life and she had to go home after he had a 3 day hook up with her due to some health issues he passed out, that she couldnt even tell me about.   I can go on and on about mr.hoban.  He scammed my boyfriend into this party: 

  Pathetic Creep is a total scammer! He sells tickets to events by complete false advertising. He sold us bogus wristbands for  what he called an upscale "mansion party." It was the worst party we've ever been to! A total nightmare! We got there at 8:30 pm, so very early just to find:

-we could not get up to the mansion. The address was not disclosed to anyone, we had to wait at a pickup location out in the December cold for two hours! There were three or so shuttles going back and forth and hundreds of people in line for hours!!!

-when we finally made it up to the mansion in the stinky, crowded bus, we were greeted by a bouncer who told us to turn back, the party was full. So 20 of us were standing there, unable to go in.

-when they finally let us in, the party was DISGUSTING!!!!

-there was no food (even though it was advertised!)

-there was no "premium alcohol" (even though it was advertised!)

-there weren't even glasses, or even plastic cups - they were all out, so we couldn't drink anything! 

-there were 2 DJs instead of the advertised 7

-the location was changed in the last minute to another way less sophisticated mansion

-the place was unbelievably crowded!  With disgusting people.  Mostly asian dudes and hood rat people,  just suppose to be about 100 people  but greedy b*****d TJ  squeezed in more than twice that many!!! If there was a fire, we would all have died!

the few girls that were there looked strung out and seemed like they were doing lap dances for money.  One of the strippers was his gf, they were all over each other between her dance sets. It was disgusting.  She looked like a blonde train wreck.

-the toilets were so unsanitary, words can't express!!!

THIS WAS THE WORST, MOST DISGUSTING AND MOST DANGEROUS PARTY I'VE EVER ATTENDED!

-when I requested a refund, I did not hear back from them for over a week. I called the ticket sales company they used, and they said that they received more complaint about this scammer than about any other person/party ever before.

Since then, I found out that TJ has promoted about two dozen clubs in the past. He changes them every few months. I guess when people catch onto his scam, he moves on. I also spoke to a promoter who worked with him, and he has been known to not pay his partners claiming they didn't bring enough people. He didn't pay this guy for a party in the summer because he brought 18 people and this liar claimed that he needed to bring at least 20 to be paid.

If you see a party advertised by him, RUN!!! He will srew you over and rob you!

He also works with another like him, annon jon, who was arrested for rape.
