My husband changed his phone from Nokia to Mytouch Slide 4G - the woman that works at Garden City in tmobile store that helped Matthew, and told him that he will save more money, and phone bills if he is switched from Classic plan to Value plan, and we received the bills that it charged over $600.00 so we called, and dispute. They said they can't do nothing, but have to speak with woman, Stormy at Garden City in Idaho so we drove there, and she said she made mistake because she change the classic to value on both line (my and my husband), and it was migration fee, but I have never upgraded or change my phone so a week later we received other bills, and it is still over 200 dollars charge for migration fee -
we call customer service and complained about it then some customer represenative told me that the migration fee was not suppose to be charged so I waited for few days, and I called back again to dispute about the migration fee, and I went in different store in Meridian, Idaho - I asked what does migration fee look like because they said they had him signed the paper that he is stuck with migration fee, and I asked what the paper looks like - and it said "I have acknowledge that it had been explained to me that there are/will be migration fee, and the migration fee is $__________ with (customer's signature) _____________ so my husband said that the woman in the store in Garden City, Idaho have never explained to my husband what the charge is, and just had him signed the paper. So I called customer care few days ago and been on phone for 12 hours with relay call ( I have all conversation proof.)
2 weeks before it all happened I went to Meridian, Idaho tmobile store and explained about our phone and it was active again after they said I need to pay 10 dollars and it will continue for 2 weeks, but I paid 10 dollars for it, and 4 days later they turned off our phone and refuse to active it since then.
After the phone was turned off, and I was on call for 12 hours try to fix the migration fee to get it wavier - as soon as they got my phone restored again, migration fee wavier, and change our lines from Value to Classic plan again then the customer reps/financial reps hung up on me so I called back, and request for the same person to speak with, and they all gave me different price each time I called. I was told very clear that if I pay the phone *past due* I'm only behind about $60.00.
So for my phone to restore again I will have to pay $54.66 so I tried my card, but it was decline so the customer reps said to call back to let them know when I paid for it so I went to Tmobile store in Meridian, Idaho and paid for it. I came home and called back - I had different customer reps - they refused to restore my phone after I already paid for it then said I need to pay other $213.00 so they can active my phone again. So I called financial reps and they said they can help me so as soon as they restore my phone again they hung up on me so I had to explain this all over again to each customers.
Yesterday I showed up to Meridian, Idaho tmobile store and showed all conversation on the paper and the proof of their conversation as they looked up through history and they did find it said to restore the line when $54.66 is paid, and the worker showed it to me. So he called the customer care - they said my conversation isn't proof enough, and they refuse to restore my phone and still wanted $213.00 so I called back customer care - and they said I can pay 191.00 by Aug 19th. I said I can do that (whether I still don't know why the cost 213.00 is for because we have never missed any payments.) So when the agreement were on they hung up on me again.
I have been pretty frustrated with them, and as soon as I called back again they told me that my phone bill cost 379.00 and need to be paid asap! So I explained everything and they looked up in the notes, and said that no one made notes, but I have the proof of conversation and I asked to email them - they refused, and said they dont have it. I also asked to speak with supervisor - they also refuse.... They said they dont have it, but then one customer reps I spoke to and said she talked with supervisor.
I have everything documented (time line) also. Please contact me soon so we can get this going :) Thank you!
Sincerely,
