This scam told me about an apple ibook G4 laptop on craigslist.com for $300 usd, and had me western union money to an 'agent' of a shipping company called tnt that supposedly doesn't exist in the uk. I looked up TNT and it seemed to be legitimate but I seem to have been fooled. I was scammed just like others.

I was paying a Susan Paulson that lived in wolverhampton, united kingdom for the laptop. She claimed that she moved there for her job, and she was getting rid of her laptop because she needed a windows based computer for her job as well. I was to send the money via Western Union's money in minutes service to:Stuart

Before sending out the moneygram I waited for 24 hours and didn't recieve any confirmation from TNT. When I went to their website I found out that the confirmation number was for another delivery that was completed on 1/11/08. When I checked the progress from the link on the page given to me on the TNT sight it showed that my package was waiting for confirmation of payment and this site seemed as legitimate as any that I have ever used. I hope that this information helps somebody else keep from being scammed.
