Todd Alan Morgan was paid $12,200.00 in 2011, to promote a product/website for me and advertise via 1st page seo on google and yahoo/bing, social media, and other forms of offline/online advertising.

No money was ever generated or any form of advertising. During the first year hardly any updates were given. I had to constantly email and call to obtain updates and Todd was great at reassuring work would be preformed, even when no work was being done. But, again, I was constantly reassured the product would generate lots of revenue and this just took some time. I was foolish. Finally in October 2012, he called to inform me his partner left and he "ran out of resources," so the site would have to be put on hold until he received some cash-flow to put money into what I paid him to do. After this he has been off the radar and will not return any calls, emails etc.

Yet you see him at other places promoting facebook advertising, real estate, seo products, etc, and bragging about how he has generated alot of revenue and can make you money...yet hasn't made me any money and won't communicate back to me or Refund my money.

He is now involved with promoting real estate properties for sales with Randy at MARQUIS PROPERTIES (marquisinvestmentproperties.com)     866.366.1160 ext 5505

Stay Away from Todd Alan Morgan. He will do nothing but make promises, say he is not a scammer, but in the end lie and take your money. I have a severely disabled son and was looking for this to help assist in medical bills. Thanks Todd.

I am also seeking counsel with an attorney to sue him in court for the amount owed. Unless he decides to refund in full.

I know all to well what it means to do businrss with Todd A. Morgan, he was my landlord and also talked my husband and I into investing money in his company, he was paid every month thru payroll deduction, but little did we know he was not paying the mortgage co., we found out when we received an eviction notice. He just disappeared, phone numbers no longer worked.  To this day I have not heard from, but I've read about his other activities. He is not honest,  and I will never trust another person that way.

Email Updates from Todd Alan Morgan

AUTHOR: Jimmy078 - ()

POSTED: Saturday, March 16, 2013

On 3/14/13 I received an Email from Todd Morgan:

Jimmy:
I understand that you are upset and I am sorry that the website last year didn't work out as we had planned.

I do want to reach out the olive leaf to say I am willing to discuss working with you to get a refund.

My status is simple...I went out of business.  I have literally shut down all entrepreneurial ventures and I am not starting anything new right now.

I do try to be an honest person, but I was also scammed by Steve Thomas...He promised me that he would be able to build the websites and get them making money fast.  He showed me shopping carts, and other money-making websites and I got hooked.  I met him a number of times and was convinced that he knew what he was doing and I got hooked...I WAS WRONG.

I paid him $80k to build all the sites and market them and I also got hosed.

With that said, I still want to come to some resolution with you.  Right now I don't have big money or you would have already heard from me.  I am kind of limping along...shutting down my business also shut down all income for me pretty abruptly.

The only thing I could offer you is a monthly payment just to build some "good faith" with you...it wouldn't be alot.

If you are open to this discussion, then please email me back.

I really don't want to have a nasty conversation...obviously, I am not happy about the way things turned out, I am mad as hell at Steve that I put my reputation on the line only to get it dragged through the mud because of a scam artist.  If I had more money, I would probably sue him.

I do try to be an honest person...you are the second person ever that has written something negative about me on the internet after 7 years in business...but when you look at it from my viewpoint, you can also understand that I was in a tough spot when I found out that they guy that was supposed to build everything turned out to be a scammer himself.

Todd Morgan

I replied:

Todd:

You should sue him if he scammed you. Also sue for him ruing your reputation as that is what is occurring right now.

What would the monthly payment terms be? I just want my money back. The faster the better. I am thinking $3k a month for the next 4 months. If you have something different let me know. BUT, it will not go well if you start becomming late on payments or just stop paying altogether and I do not hear from you.

Thanks,
Jimmy

Todd Morgan replied back:

Jimmy:

I am sorry about what happened, I truly am.  I am also a victim I invested money and resources.

I am working a regular job I don't have the kind of money I used to have when I was doing my internet businesses.

At best right now I could only do $100 to $200 a month...but at least that would show you good faith...my income may improve later this year...and I hope I could repay more...faster.

I am willing to take ownership and try to resolve this as best i can...If I was a scammer I wouldn't be talking to you and I would have many, many, many internet complaints.

I am happy to make the first payment to you, but I also would like you to write a note on the internet scam site saying that I have entered into a refund agreement and made the first payment, and that I have started work on the relationship.  Obviously, I'm not asking you to say anything other than I have made contact and have started making refund payments.

Anyways, you can be as angry as you want, but that doesn't really solve any problems.  I invested $80k with Steve...I could show you all the checks to prove it.  I had a STELLAR reputation on the internet up until this failed partnership with Steve...I did hundreds and hundreds of promotions over several years and had ZERO internet complaints.

Jimmy what is your phone number because I would be happy to talk to you by phone...I don't have it in my phone...

Todd Morgan

Today 3/16/13, Todd Alan Morgan send two emails:

Jim Ive changed my mind, I'm not working with you anymore and I am mad as hell.  You said a lot of lies about me on the internet and Im not happy at all about it at all.

So if you want a fightyou have one.  Bring on your attorney if you want to, I'm ready!  I have proof of the agreement you signed and also proof of the money I spent to help get the business off the ground.

#1.  You signed a joint venture agreement which means you are a PART OWNER in the business.  As an owner you know business has risks and there is nowhere I guaranteed that the business would be successful despite our beliefs that it would.

#2.  I was a victim of an elaborate hoax by Steve Bulpitt (Steve Thomas), the subcontractor that we hired to build the website, do the graphics, and market the website through SEO.  Steve showed me websites of other internet properties that were making good money on the internet, he showed me shopping carts giving proof of their income, tracked me down by phone and internet as he knew that I was an internet business owner with extensive experience, and then persuaded me to go into business with him.  I had known Steve for a while and liked him.  He even had a company which had a presence on the internet, etc. You just seem to want to ignore that I am also a victim as well...I paid Steve alot of money to build websites and market them.

#3.  You want to just pretend that I have daily joy in defrauding peoplethat is not true.  I am also a victim having spent ALOT of my own money  plus JV partner's money, plus resources, plus time, and now going out of business.  If I was a daily huckster why would I use my real name, give out my address, and also give my cell phone?  Think before you make wild accusations...it doesn't make sense.

#4.  Even though this business was not ultimately successful, we did actual work on your sites and spent money doing marketing.    We built websites, did seo work, hired graphic designers, etc.   I have many reports, status updates, and also proof on the internet from external websites that PROVE that SEO work was being done.  I believe that Steve went out of business, so the money we put into his services was lost, and he was not competent enough to turn the site into a money maker, OR he needed more money to do it and none was forthcoming from you.

#5.  If you want your money back you DO NOT defame peoples name on the internet.  I am much more incline to work with someone CIVIL and UNDERSTANDING than a p***k like you who just wants to see the world from his own rose-colored glasses.  You are a JERK who only wants to look out for himself, but not understand another' person's viewpoint.  You are the WORST KIND of partner, because when the going gets tough you just want to point fingers.

Now lets talk about the lies you spread about me on the internet.

#1. You said:  Todd Morgan starts new businesses, takes your money, rips you off, and then starts another company to rip of others.  THAT IS NOT TRUE.  I do not start new businesses to keep ripping off people.  I am usually very cautious to be in business in the first place.  I have integrity and honesty as guiding principles in my life.  I get no pleasure whatsoever in ripping people off, but as a Christian and a person of high morals I sometimes get taken advantage of by persuasive people.  BOTTOM LINE, even though businesses are sometimes successful and sometimes not due to the economy, lack of a good business model, employee theft, or whatever that does not mean that a person in a business that failed is a full-time fraudster.  If that were true, I would have HUNDREDS of complaints about me on the internet.  Have you even done a search for "Anthony Robbins Scam" - Tony Robbins is the world's greatest motivational speaker and changes lives...even he gets hundreds of people saying he scammed them.  There is no medal of honor for people who DEFAME good people on the internet...

#2.  You said: you see him at other places promoting facebook advertising, real estate, seo products, etc, and bragging about how he has generated alot of revenue and can make you money
NOT TRUE. I am not promoting ANYTHING right now.  I have made a lot of money in business at different times in my life, but that is not the point.  As a part-owner of a business, you could have chose to invest more money in the business to hire a different website development and marketing team and continue to market the websiteyou did NOT choose to do that.  When I set up my real estate business, I probably spent at least $30k just to get my office, chairs, licenses, marketing, equipment, etc.  A serious business person does not CRY when a subcontractor does not perform their job correctly, they simply move onto another one.  You just chose to CRY...which means you probably should not be in business.  Entrepreneurs face tough challenges everyday...sometimes people quit, money spent in marketing does not work, sales are slow or never materialize...that's life and you have to fight through that.

In this case, you were unable or unwilling to hire a new firm to do the work after the first firm that was paid, did not do the work right.

#3.  You say that "I robbed you" that is NOT TRUE.  I helped start an internet business with you, helped you as a part-owner to build websites and doing internet marketing.  I did not just pocket your money and go take trips to EUROPE.  The bottom line is this business would require MORE MONEY from somewhere to hire a new firm to take that marketing to the next level.  We hired a guy to the marketing that spent the money and didn't get us a satisfactory result...bad business decision YES, intent to rob you NO.

Second Email:

Thanks for the phone number, you will hear from my attorney.  If you want to SUE ME, bring it on!

Have a great day...and think again before you start spreading lies about people on the internet.

You are only the second person that has done this ever, and the first guy admitted that it was his mistake and he got anxious when he couldn't reach me initially.

Yeah I am mad at you...but ultimately I will forgive you because you don't know everything that went on and if you did you probably would have alot different viewpoint.

I am out of the internet marketing business for now...and if I go into business again doing this or something else, I'm going to take the lessons I learned from this.  You would be wise to learn the same lessons.

#1.  Be careful on your business partners (don't have any if you can at all avoid it).  partnerships work GREAT when things are going well, but when things are difficult communication can break down and people look out for their own interests.

#2.  Do extensive due dilligence when putting your money in contractor's hands.  I wish I would have done more due dilligence than I did when I hired Steve's marketing firm.  Unfortunately, it's too late now. He's gone...whether he was incompetent, under staffed, inefficient, or a right out fraudster we may never know...

Todd Morgan

A Joint Venture contract was signed. Reason being is the $12,000 was the price for Todd Alan Morgan to create a website and fully set it up, and then do SEO and other online marketing advertising to the website so income can thus be generated. That is what the $12k was for! And it shows in the contract and what was agreed upon. Profits were then to be split 50/50. Reason for the JV was, as he put it, "These websites were going to make hundreds of thousands of dollars and, in reality, these websites should go for $50k+ but since no one really has that kind of money $12K and a 50/50 split of profits is more feasible."

As I said, I kept being strung along--Todd was VERY hard to get ahold of, SEO stopped on the site, and Todd Alan Morgan claims he was scammed by his partner. As he says: his supposed partner was the real lead behind this business. Todd supposedly signed an agreement with him BUT the entire time claimed he owned and operated these websites, helped others create these types of websites, and provided domains, seo rankings on these domains, and supposed sales these websites have generated. Again claiming all this as HIS OWN and not his partner's. So he lied but informing us all that this was HIS business--not the real truth that he was just a promoter for his supposed partner that he claims scammed him.

So according to his story: he was supposedly scammed by his partner and instead of trying to make right to his customers, he decided to scam them to by not refunding their money and just walking away. Sounds about right Todd?

Then as you can see in these emails he is claiming that I am the bad business partner in that I didn't give him more money to make "our" business successful. I have proof I paid an extra $200 to further research keywords to try to generate income to the website, as I was hopeful this whole time this venture would be successful. I paid $12k for a fully functional website and for advertising outlined by Todd Alan Morgan. Instead I received a website that is NOT functional and still not till this day and advertising that never was promised. In Oct 2012, he calls to tell me he has no money but will keep in touch when he receives money to work on the site again. I never heard from him after several emails and calls I made to him--until I wrote this report. And, I have emails I saved where the entire time my website was not being worked on and he was hardly responding to my concerns as to why the website was not "launching off" he was sending out emails for real estate opportunities; selling facebook fans; increasing your social marketing advertising; a MLM opportunity; AND he sent two emails trying to get MORE people in on this website creating scam--here is the subject of one of them, "TURNKEY NICHE WEBSITE (Launch a Profitable Web Business with the Pros) " and here is an excerpt from the email:
...We will build you a website in a niche, link it with PRODUCTS, and get it ranked high in the search engines with serious TRAFFIC from Social Media and create a TURN-KEY money-making machine for YOU!
It will take THREE to SIX MONTHS to build the site, get it ranked, get the social media followers and for the money to start flowing.
You become our 50/50 partner in this deal (Important so we are incented to make the site profitable and keep it profitable!!)....
This is the one of the BEST MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES I have ever seen!
 1.    We work together with YOU to choose the products, domains, and develop the selling strategy.
2.    We develop the website completing all layout, content, graphics, etc.
3.    We  manage the sources of products and if required license or build the product.
4.    We help you get a merchant account (we have the source, you just have to apply for it)
5.    We use their proven formula to get the site FOUND in google on the first page for literally hundreds of keyword combinations
6.    We launch a Facebook Viral Funnel and start building you a massive amount of FOLLOWERS and sell products to them.
7.    We have our virtual assistant handle all customer inquiries / refunds / questions.

This is what I paid $12k for. Sounds great right? It does! Only NONE of it happened!

AND Yet I was suppose to give him more money for the site to work? And he is now blaming me and it is all My Fault? And he forgives me for what I have done?

I will be working with my attorney to try to obtain my money back from Todd Alan Morgan. As you can see in his emails he sent me--again, seems to offer help and wants to set things right--but then goes back on his word and will now blame you for the problems.

STAY AWAY from Todd Alan Morgan, Todd Morgan. This is my advice. This is my experience working with him and what I have uncovered about him. This entire report shows proof of his character. You be the judge based on this report and I wish anyone the best if they decide to work with him. I do hope this report helps those who do their homework in deciding the partners or businessman they decide to work with and if working with Todd Alan Morgan would benefit or hurt. I am now called a "p***k" because I wrote this report and am "complaining" about the fact he made claims both in paper and in a contract, and won't refund. He calls himself a "Christian," yet is not helping his fellow man. Again, I sent him $12,000.00 and was really hoping this deal would be helpful as I have a disabled son with rising medical costs. He seems to have no morals in being the honest, better businessman and refunding money back to his customers due to his failed business practices--customers that really were looking forward to working with him believing he was honest and customers who did not have much money to begin with. Instead, he turned his back away from his customer, didn't return any contact, then flat out lied as shown in these emails. Good Luck!
