Since Renee filed her report, Todd spent 5 days in jail and Todd works has paid $900 a month every month since he got his job in Oct. Poor Renee is college educated and wants $5,000 per month.

Prior to going to jail, the parties were seeing a counselor to work out the children's issues. Renee said screamed I can;t feed the children on $900 a month, Renee spends less than 60% of the year with the children.

Renee wanted cash, alot of cash, and doesn;t like to pay taxes.

This time Pooo Renee wanted $40,000 in cash or sell Todd's house, the house where his two children live nearly half of the year. There was a pending writ of incarceration meaning, Todd goes to jail or pays $40,000. After 2 years of divorce proceedings, who has $40,000? Renee says to Todd in front of the counselor, "I hope you get up the a*s in jail!" Can anyone believe this?

Renee offered to settle the case for the $40,000, and receive all the assets and accept none of the liabilties. They agreed on this amount. Problem is Renee changed her mind, wanted some ridicolus requests, like pegging her income at less than a grocery store clerks. She has a business, a college education, and can become a school teacher, but sends all her business money to her mother's account. Hiding it, concealing it, just like Poor Renee accsues Todd of foing with his money. Todd works for a public company, and makes good wage, more than he earned working for anybody else in his life.

Todd went to jail, and Todd sat in Court with shackles on. Todd's Mother liened her house and paid the $40,000, beleiveing this would settle the case. Poor Renee's attorny who collected over $100,000 in fees, said we can;t agree to settle this until 3 days after Todd gets out of jail. Guess what, months afterwards, it hasn't settled, only more arreages, now $10,000 a month.

Poor pitiful Renee has gone back on her word, she lied, just like she has lied about how she doesn;t have money to feed the children. Now poor Renee has a judgement that is over 200% of what Todd earns. Todd doesn;t make peanuts, but he doesnt make 6 digits either.

Todd cares for the children over 45% of the year, yet poor Renee doesn;t beleive Todd has a need to feed, cloth, entertain, shelter, or even should love the children.

Todd's wages are being garnished 100%, Todd cannot afford gas for the car or even a car or the insurance. Poor Renee says she will loan Todd $30 for gas to get to work, but she wants the entire paycheck, 100% of it and no settlement.

Todd's entire life's savings is gone, Todd has paid poor Renee over $115,000 in support. And now she says Todd still owes her. Doesn't want to settle.

Now Poor Renee will not even drive to pick up her own children. She files a motion and states Todd has absconded with the children. Todd offered to put the children in day care, so poor Renee can go to work. How can you call this man a RAT when he is paying to support his children and having contact with them? Why should he support you?? I am a single mother of 4, my ex does not always pay the way he should, but he is active in my childrens lives and thats more than I can say for most men/women. I work full-time to take care of my children, altho I have had health problems I still keep plugging away...why?? Because I love my children and as their mother I feel it is MY job to make sure they are taken care of properly....U need to get off your butt, find a job and act like an adult rather than a spoiled rotten child!!! I do believe U r the one who needs the mental hospital.. I would NEVER support or unite with U...and I could bet there are MANY other women that would feel the same way....

I am in my late 30's, and so is my brother. We were pawns in a similar "war" between parents, mother never had a good thing to say about father, put us in the middle, etc.

Neither my brother or myself speak to either parent now.

Lady, if you cared about your kids as you profess, you would do everything you could to give them a stable environment that is hate-free. You are making it impossible for your ex to have a relationship with his kids, and you really come off like a hateful self-centered person.

Do you want a relationship with your kids when they are older? Then stop putting them in the middle of a hateful situation now. They didn't ask to be here, they deserve some consideration. Step back from the situation and look at their faces when you talk about dragging their dad to court one more time to squeeze another nickel out of him. You are bitter about being abandoned, and maybe rightly so--work it out with a therapist and move on! Don't take it out on the kids. There are no winners in this, only losers.
