I called because I lost my key- I was told the starting cost would be 120.00 they could make a key and program the chip, the price shouldn't vary much. The tech called when he was on the way. He arrived and said he would have to use one key for the lock and showed me the key with the chip to start and that cost would be 165.00

I advised that the truck wouldn't start with out the key fob and I had spoken to the dealer about that, the alarm goes off and it prevents it from starting. He made a couple phone calls- and spoke in a foriegn language so i couldn't understand the conversation. He said it would be ok, he didn't need the fob and he would get it started. Had a slight problem with the alarm advised it would be 40.00 more. After another 30 minutes he gets my truck to crank- says it's 245.00 plus tax- 265.00 for the total.

I brought out my credit card because the web page says they take credit card- he advises cash only and he could follow me to the ATM. Fortunately I had cash. I paid and got no receipt- I know RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG... I just want to drive my truck.

He leaves I turn off the truck shut the door, and attempt to unlock as he says. He has already left the alarm goes off and the truck won't crank. I call the company I'm told Tameieka (i THINK) is going to get the manager and call back. 20 minutes later I call back and it's the "MANAGER" he says he will call me back, they don't issue refunds, they don't know what's going on and they will get the technition back out there 45 minutes later no technition no phone call and my truck still won't crank.

I will be calling the police if this doesn't get resolved and filing charges of fraud- Absolutely ridiculous cost more then the dealership, couldn't get it right and Now no one wants to fix it- but they "understand."
