3/21/2018, Ordered online and paid in full. Transmission shipped 4/10/2018 because he was 'waiting on torque converter'. The carrier was trying to arrange residential delivery once they received it at the assigned freight location, which required his authorization. Instead of authorizing or denying it, he requested it returned to shipper (him!). I wasn't given a chance to pick it up. The carrier and I requested he cancel the return to shipper order and he refused and wouldn't reply to emails or answer phone calls. Refusal to deliver paid for merchandise, plain and simp!e!
