I saw Tonaderm advertised online and it looked like it would be good to try.  I also saw it was advertised on Dr. Oz, so I thought it was ok to trust.  I went onto the website to order the serum and cream free trial, which was $4.95 each.  I went over my credit card statement and saw that I had two charges for $103.00 for a company that I didn't recognize, so I called the phone number that was on the statement and asked who they were and they told me.  I asked why they were charging my credit card and they said you you ordered a free trial, so now were charging you for a regular order.  The girl asked me if I opened the trial size and used it and I said yes.  She asked me if I had good results and I said no.  She said it takes 60 days to work, I said there isn't enough for 60 days and I have only used a little dab at a time, she said there was enough and that I wasn't using it sparingly.  I told her that I do not want the other bottles sent to me and to cancel them, she said they were already sent and that when I got them she said that I could keep them and that she would give me a discount or I could send them back.  If i sent them back I would have to open the box and repackage them, then ship them back and when they got them they would credit me but I would not get the full credit because they would have to charge me a $9.95 restocking fee for each bottle.  So, I would have to pay for repackaging, shipping fees, and $19.90 for restocking fees.  I was upset, I said I did not see this on their website and she said that it is clearly stated three times throughout their website and under their terms and conditions.  I said being charged again would not usually be put under terms and conditions.  She laughed at me.  I said it was not clearly stated on their website at all, something like this should have been in bigger print so that we can make our own decision.  The people at Tonaderm are rude, unprofessional the way they try to do business and make money.  I would have more respect and maybe would buy something if the price and product would be given to me up front so that I could see it infront of my face and decide on my own as I know what my finances are like and I know when and how much I can spend.  They should not trick people into charging their credit cards or other people that use their debit cards just so they can make money as we have bills to pay.  What a bunch of low lives.
