Toolfetch does not stand behind the products they sell and apparently they do not accept returns. I purchased a torque wrench from them that was defective right out of the box. They told me to return it to the manufacturer. I don't want to buy something and immediately have to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund.
