Top Markleting Agency Plagiarism, unprofessional, arrogant, interrupts incessantly Lake Stevens Washington

 After 30 months of not being listened to, and being interrupted relentlessly during every conversation, we had had enough.

I told Mr. Sherman that we were changing web hosts.  He began to explain himself, but I could not tolerate another conversation with this arrogant youngster.  I asked him to supply our new hosts with passwords.  After three days I contacted him again via e-mail.  I wrote something like "c'mon man just get it done".

He sent the passwords but refused to cooperate with our new host.  I asked him "Do you really want to do this and create acrimony with an established company?"  He still refused.

In the ensuing days we discovered that the phone number on our website had not been changed.  I contacted Top Marketing again and was told that they had submitted the change.  They may have I don't know.  I realize now that it takes time to change things.  In the meantime any reputable, professional company would forward calls don't you think?  They didn't.  I had some friends call to ask about landscaping.  At first they were hung up on, and soon after the number just rang with no pickup.

Then the nightmare begins.  Mr. Sherman created a website with multiple acts of plagiarism.  He will likely deny this.  Please feel free to contact me and I will send you screen shots.

I talked to a detective friend (whose yard was one of the plagiarized pictures) she talked to her counterpart at the Snohomish County Sherriff's office.  The Snohomish detective agreed that a crime had been comitted, but they simply don't have the manpower to enforce it.  This man (I use the term loosely) comitted crimes against my company.  This is how I feed my family.  How many potential clients will never call back because they got no response?
