I am sick of the Top Rank Listing Scam. This company uses the little knowledge they have to scam business owners. We wanted to have our company listed on the internet. We thought it would help us in these trying times. We have been billed 200.00 every month for over 6 months and yet nothing ever showed up on the Google search as they said. Month after month we paid and NO result. We asked for a return of our money and Bill said "oh well lets talk about lowering your monthly until your listing shows" That never happened. Then there is some girl who answers CORPORATE OFFICE!!! Like she is in a tunnel. She acts as if we are bothering her. I got so fed up I cancelled. I have been billed 2 additional times. I called my bank and told them I cancelled this service and now have to file what they call a chargeback. What a hassle, this company is far from professional. The bank has notified me that because I cancelled my service and Top Rank did not comply. I will get all my money back. All we wanted was a service that they say they give. All we got was taken. If you know this company do not use them. We have shelled out over 1,600.00 and did not get any service. How many others are these scammers taking from. I now am with a company that I can get results from without constant problems from incompetent husslers.
