 I'm a new seller at Tophatter I sell items at tophatter about 2months the first month everything going ok and the second month is terrible.I start emailed them how can I grow my seller account and I get called from manager her name is Erika she helping me how to sell my product everything she go through except the advertising ,one day I accidentally clicked on that and I cannot turn it off because everything disappear it won't show turn off advertising,so I thought I my product will not advertising because everything it disappear .after 3 days I checked my account how much I sold on my account I see the advertising hiding fee at my payout section -$1000 I don't no where it come from and I called Erika to help me to solve that problem then she tell me to send email to billing and payment support and I sent them emailed what happen .then they tell me send email back to Erika only she can solve problem .then I sent her another email I tell her to help me but she don't help she said she will send email to her CEd manager and I wait for 1 week no response my advertising fee still not discharge and I have so many order from buyer and all my item sold I already sent to my customer I asked Erika to discharge the fee so I can continue send more item to my customer but she don't help me so I decide to refund all money to buyer even I have sent them the item.all about this I just want warn to new seller or buyer this app is not a legit app to buy or sell at tophatter.
