My Husband and I had Ricky Richardson of total Resource out to our home to perform a free roofing inspection. When departing from our home he hit our brick mailbox and did not bother to report what he had done. He hit and ran. My neighbors saw him and had it not been for them we would not have known. The owner of this company is not stepping up to resolve the matter and they have not provided us with company insurance information. I am now questioning if they have proper insurance or not. I would not recommend the service to anyone based on their dishonest behavior and unwillingness to not resolve the matter. Also I looked them up on the BBB site and they had an unsatisfactory rating.

Here we go again with someone wanting something for nothing. My salesman Ricky Richardson did hit the little potter on the ground beside her mailbox. The mailbox was never touched! I have pictures of the little bit of damage to the potter & have had my brick man go by & look at the mailbox. I have receipts for the material we purchased to take care of the damage. I do have general liability, and will provide anyone a copy, but not for false accusations.I have a very good relationship with my customers with reference lists & letters of recommendation.
