 When I first bought my Prius, the windows running was peeled in the corner. I asked Joey Myers to give me another one, as it had a defect. Myers waved me off and told me it was in the warranty and that they would fix it. Fine with this, I went on my way, planning to get it fixed later. I went back two months later to get it fixed, and they said they would fix it. So I left it there for them to fixed because it was on warrenty. And when I came back they had clamps on to say it was fixed. However, it was not, a it was still peeled. They old me that the man Jason Chambers a Toyta representative had to see the car for it to be fixed. So a few months later, I bring back the car. That man said that the window running should be replaced. So they replaced it. However, it was the same problem when I picked it back up. The manager has called and told me that they need a Toyota representative to come out and replace it once more. It has been three months since that phone call and I have yet to hear back. They waited too long, and now I am out of warrenty. The Toyota representative pushed me away, and didn't do it on the warranty time. Now if I want to get it replaced again, I will have to pay for it.
