I've spent 8(eight!) hours today messaging, chatting on web-site and talking by phone with Tracfone representatives. I'm now in same point where I started. I was not able to log in my account, asked a link for "forgot password", never got it automatically to my email. I got temporary one being chatting with Tracfone service. Reset password finally. Logged out. After that I was not able to log in again. And a few times so! Startin chat, explain them my problem, and being sending Now I am not able to log in my account using my password. I bought $10 Global call card three weeks ago. Downloaded an app. I am not able to make an international call. I was kicked out for hours with this problem from one Tracfone representative to another one. Nobody able to figure out a reason and help me. I could not find the $10 Global call card I bought on my balance. I have an immediate life matter health issue with my single family member in other country and not able to contact to her for Tracfone issue reason. I ask to help me, please, with: - normal access to my account at - access to my Global call card balance at  - normal access to international calls that i paid and have no chance to use it at

What you have experienced is what is WELL KNOWN in the industry, this company and all of its other associated names like Net-10 has the WORST customer service of ANY company in the universe. It's been this way for years and they could care less. If you are interested in a no-contract deal where you don't need to be playing around counting minutes, check the major companies as most offer these plans now. Stay away from ANY of the Net-10 companies. They are PURE GARBAGE.
