Tracfone ripoff never gave airtime was to transfer to another phone Miami Florida

My daughter bought a new phone which she was told by the activation line that it could not be activated in this area, for her to send it back and they would send her another one.

They did send her a new one, however allowing her to activate a 100 minute airtime card on the phone that she could not activate.

When I called and asked them about the minutes that she had put on her phone being transferred they said when she got the new phone to call them back and they would transfer the minutes.

However, when I called them again they told me that they could not transfer the minutes to the new phone that she had apparently entered the wrong serial number for the phone.

Therefore, she lost 100 minutes which she used her hard earned money to purchase. The purchase price was $29.99 and they just cheated her out of the and the money.
