What a joke for a company. It would be nice if:

1. You could actually understand the customer service reps - none speak the English language clearly enough.
2. They actually do something - my phone has been down for 5 days and still no information.
3. They actually checked their records for accuracy - they said they called me at home and confirmed my phone was working. ?? DUH!!

I don't want to confuse the issue here,but i have tracfone {2} for over 2 yrs.only had 1 problem,which was resolved with 2 fone calls.It seems to me that a lot of people aren't reading thier manuals,not entering the correct codes and not reading all the reviews,good & bad.
True,they don't handle english very well,but they have an suluotion 1-800-339-9345 talk to jenfer.
Now that that i've said all that,I'm 72 yrs old,and if i can doit on line any one can.Read that manual,get good feedback before you activate,also get a RAF for extra 100 min before activation.Good luck to all.
