TracFoneTracFone Cut off phone,had mintues left,told to reactive,Tech Suppport no help 4days no phone Miami Florida

3/8/09 had 200.00 mintues tried to use phone message stated need to reactive phone and need to purchase mintues. Tried to use phone x4-5 each time message the same. Called Tracfone Teh Suupport stated I had to use area code No no no I'm in the map area( his name was Dioscoro)code I know if oustide 708 use area code. Tech checked network ok would transfer to someone else got cut off had to call back spoke another person (this is x3hrs)His suggestion was don't use phone wait 1 hour,will give me new phone NO# waited x2 hours check phone still not working and now no phone number in
phone. Office now closed called 3/9/09 spoke to Arturo ticket no#1009786979 explained what happen he would send me a new sim card 3/11/09received sim card phone charged put in phone called TracFone worked with it
still not working now told to wait 24 hours.

Anyone out there do not buy from this company. I'm a fighter my next step is the Better Business Bueau I'm not letting this go I want a full refund I will Never Never do busines If I would have read Ripoff this would have never had happen no phone no service. Believe me Tracfone will remember my name no way@!
