Tracfone customer service I bought a new Tracfone and transferred my phone number and name, I had around 800 or more minutes, just purchase some 2 weeks ago, they refuse to transfer to the new phone, said that I had used them all. They have cheated me out of my minutes!!! Nationwide

I purchase a new tracfone, received it on 3/8/2017, transferred my phone number and minutes to the new phone, took hours to get activated.  When activated, my minutes did not transfer.  Called customer service was on hold for about an hour waiting for a rep, they told me that I did not have any minutes available, that I had used them up. I just bought mintues less that 2 weeks ago.  The gave 20 minutes, stole over 800 of my minutes!!!!!!  So mad.  I have used tracfone for years, and for my loyaty the just Ripped Me Off.  What jerks.
