Trane Company deception Lexington Kentucky

The events I have described in this injustice to me occured in April/May of the year 2003. At that time Trane company was owned by American Standard and the new owners Ingersoll Rand have absolutely nothing to do with any of the facts I intend to present on my own website in the near future. As I already said, I printed every single page of the UAW 912's members website before the Webmaster first BANNED ME from the site, I have the original e-mail sent to my box 5/4/03 from

I have no intention of communicating with anyone at Trane company or the UAW912 people since the Insurance coverage I had was still in force when on July 22nd, 2004 a surgeon at Central Baptist Hospital removed 2 discs from my neck vertebrae placing bone wafers between the vertebrae
so the bones could "fuse" and become 1 long bone in my neck. The operation failed and I have been crippled ever since, no welding, no fishing, no hunting , nothing but walking around. This ain't about money folks, its about a Welders Pride and these people flat out Lied about all this and I HAVE INK ON PAPER PROOF ,,Their own WEBSITE Page For Page ,,they have "THEIR STORY",,I have the truth with all the Facts AND DOCTORS DIAGNOSIS on my side.

 it is 1:30 in the morning and I need some sleep, I just now saw this site for the 1st time ever and promise some really twisted bending of the Rules at Trane . I will write a complaint soon.
The Nitty Gritty of my termination was simply this, .
  1). I had a terrible tooth pulled at UK Hospital the day after I clocked out at Trane early, I was 1/2 way through my shift when the pain hit.
 2). arrived home here in Sadieville and sat down at my wifes computer while the Pain Medication numbed my aching jaw, I was not sleepy at the time.
  3). Logged onto the UAW912.ORG website For The 1st Time Ever !
  4). Saw a long list of names of UAW 912 members &  I knew a few and their E-mail addresses were right there on the screen.
 5) I attempted to E-mail 3 people , and all the messages I sent over the net with a click of a mouse came back to my screen > No Such Address. I had never tried to e-mail anyone for any reason ever at this time in life because I didn't like anything that looked like a Video Game On The Screen. I don't and never have played Video Games, period. I'm a Pool Shooter, you know, Pool Cue, 8 little balls on a green table  6 pockets . I took up the game in 1975, I was 17 years old and Good at It .
I shoot Amateur Trapshooting Association Clay Targets with a 12 gauge Trap Grade Shotgun and have since 1970. My ATA Member number is 404623 < I was 12 years old. My father Albert Mosley was a real shooter. He won trophies and prizemoney purses and Jackpots until we lost him on August 7th, 1975 when he lost his battle with  lung cancer at 42 years old. As I said I am a Real Competitor puting up real cash to compete against others in a game of skill. Video Games make me sick. They are Not Real,,just fantasy and a huge waste of time.
6) After the 3 E-mails came back to my Mailbox marked "Undeliverable Mail", no such box.
  I was getting out of the chair to bed down , the pain medication (Lortab) was working and since I don't drink alcohol in any form or use drugs I was really floating when on the Computer Screen was an entry on the list of Guests , It looked out of place, and I didn't think at the time that a Trane Company Foreman would be allowed to post anything on the Guest Book list of UAW 912 members. It was OUR website. But John Sampson at Trane.com < (means he used the Company Computer on his desk to post his remarks on the UAW Members Only <? ??  site) was right there in my face.
I forwarded an e-mail advertisement for an Item for sale on an Online Auction to JohnSampson@Trane.com and what do you know, It DID NOT come back Undeliverable Mail.
I was brand new at this computer stuff and my wife will back that up, its her computer.  Tom Coffey called me at my home and told me "Your Gone Randal".. he said John Sampson was hiding in his office afraid to stick his head out. Tom told me when John Sampson opened his e-mail on his Trane Company desk and saw a Ruger 10/22 rifle for sale on an auction online he locked himself up in a room in Tranes building on Mercer Road. Tom said that John Sampson was scared to death I was going to Shoot him. My response ? I have never met anyone on earth named John Samson face to face, I have never met him, seen him,  worked for him, talked to him. John Samson, Trane company foreman is a Stranger I have never laid eyes on. Hard to shoot someone you've never seen , ever.
The UAW 912 shut down their Website ( powered by Airborne) then and there to cover their a*s, Doesn't matter,,because as soon as I saw that e-mail leave my computer at my home and not come back "Undeliverable Mail" ,, I knew it had to go somewhere,,and it did, Johns Samsons Trane Company Computer on his desk inside the Building on Mercer Road.  So Me not being a complete Forrest Gump went to work PRINTING EVERY FREAKIN PAGE OF THAT VERSION OF THE UAW912'S WEBSITE AND I HAVE THEM TO THIS DAY IN MY FILE'S.. This happened in 2004,, it is now 2012 and I'm 53 and My wife and I jut bought a Brand New Home ! Want to see it "? I'll Post Pic's on Facebook soon.

Hello you turkeys at Trane and UAW Local 912,

You think you are going to shut me up. Well no way jack@#$. Besides UAW leaders are using the workers who are ignorant as to being deceaved by this socialistic govt under the Obama administration and uplifting Occupy on Wallstreet protestors. Trane Company are bedfellows and are in bed with this UAW. Keep sucking, @&*, boy.

Trane has very good products, But there are alot of competitors out there that we would rather choose from, and we will choose others over Trane.
We will always say it like it is and like it was and like its going to be. They will not condemn freedom of speech.

Yes, Trane Company has a bad record of decieving their people and keeping people around who are breaking the rules and abusing others. The product as you can see from other rip off complaints is being affected because of this big problem. Yes, I will be getting that $400/ mth pension, but chances are I may not because the hvac business could fold and I loose out on that money. Hopefully it will stay in business for my pensions sake.

As for RAT BOY, who sqealled on me and called 911, names JEFF BONDS, he is up in dung to his nose with this company. I suppose they will give him a metal of honor for a job well done on April 28th 2007. I hear the union local 912 UAW give him a hard time. No one speaks to him in DEPT 527. I hope it stays that way. As for Don Black, Kevin Thompson, Dan Parker (who asked me if I did much time), d**k Karcher, do not have my respect. Varney, the cop jumped the gun on me and wanted to get the police report over with to help his carreer. I tell you what a day can do to ruine ones life as these backstabbers did to me that is terminate me and have me prosecuted for telling myself that I was going to ram a devise up my behind.

All this place is, is a payton place. I will never buy anything from them as long as I live and I will keep checking up on them to let rip off report in on the truth about this company. I want to back up what I said in 1st letter about J.S. as a pervt. I know he has problems and needs the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God to have mercy on his soul, but I think that all he thinks he needs is Trane Company to have Mercy on his Soul by bringing him back after being in trouble looking at notty pictures on Tranes websites. To be honest with you, I will never work for these clowns again. Let RAT BOY BROWN NOSE have it . I hope the Lord Jesus Christ has mercy on all them. As of now I would not worship their god. Their god is Trane Company.
