The situation is very simple. I hired Trans Tutor to do certain work and they not only didn't complete it on time nor did they complete it in full. Furthermore, they were unavailable to respond to questions they had for me in order to complete the work. They didn't pick up the main phone (over a two day period of trying to call) and subsequently sent emails indicating, after the deadline, that they were available to assist. 

The email string below shows just how unethical they are and in the end, despite stating that they would refund my money ($70 total) they have not and it's been over a week, and continue to send conflicting emails to the original refund promise and amount. So in the end, do not expect your work to be completed, completed on time and if you have any questions, do not expect that they will get back to you to resolve it in a timely fashion. 

Keep in mind that this email correspondence came after two + weeks of filing the complaint with PayPal to which they asked me to close so that it can be resolved between us (which I did). So in the end after 3 weeks of trying to resolve a $70 refund amicably, I was forced to resort to Rip Off Report.

Dear Customer,
The money has never been an issue with us. You have been our valuable customer & we can resolve the dispute by proper discussion on the individual assignment basis. Please allow me sometime so that i can resolve this dispute. Please close the dispute on paypal & i assure you that i will surely resolve this. We will process the refund as per the requirements.
