I signed up with Transcendent Innovations (yourfreeiphone.com), also known as Trainn I believe. The deal is, you agree to sign up with companies that offer products, trial offers, subscriptions, etc. Some are totally free, some require you to pay shipping only, some are online electronic subscriptions, others require you to purchase a product. In return for your signing up for the product/trial/subscription/etc. you receive points. Most are between 20-50 points. If you get 1,000 points you get a 'free iPhone'. Yeah, good luck with that! While you can surely find plenty of people that claim they have received iPods, Paypal cash, and other items, I am here to tell you that it is HIGHLY unlikely that you will ever receive your 'free iPhone'.

There are two ways to earn credits. You can sign up for one offer and then refer other people to sign up for at least one offer. Or, you can do like I did and do all of the offers yourself. I had heard stories of referral credits not being given because people's referrals did not follow through. I did not want to rely on people I didn't even know and I did not want to pester my friends/family with referral requests. Therefore, I chose to forego the referral process altogether and complete all offers myself. This way I would be the master of my own destiny. YEAH RIGHT!

Enter [the lack of] Transcendent Innovation's customer support. After spending nearly 2 months and $150+ dollars, I had earned enough points for my 'free iPhone'. I converted my points to an order and it showed that my order was received and would ship in 2 weeks. FOUR WEEKS later and my 'free iphone' still has not shipped. I have contacted Transcendent Innovation's customer support on several occasions. They never gave any explanation as to why my order had not shipped. They do not have an e-mail address, they do not have a phone number. All they have is their support tickets in the My Account section. These support tickets appear to be checked every few weeks. If you are lucky enough to get a response, it is usually worthless.

So here I am, 3 months after starting out on this journey and 4 weeks after completing my end of the bargain and submitting an order. I have nothing to show for it, except for a lot of frustration, over $150 in charges to my credit card, and a really bad taste in my mouth.

My advice: AVOID TRANSCENDENT INNOVATIONS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They are apparently not 'on the level' and are more than likely a total scam.

What can you say now?

AUTHOR: Lashika88 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, January 02, 2014

I have worked with this company for over. A year. I've only had one problem getting paid and they fixed it pretty quickly, I've never had much to complain about it TIL NOW. The last site I completed I decided to opt out from taking the cash and try my luck with getting a gift. HUGE MISTAKE. Let's just say after the 3k they've paid out to me, when I came to me Recieving a gift, no response. I've sent in NUMEROUS amount of tickets, I've called the fax number, I've emailed, I've even had my referrals send in tickets for me, and STILL no response. It's been over a week, they say the gift has been shipped but I don't believe them, and after seeing all these reports, I no longer trust Trainn whatsoever. Either way it's still false advertising. Coming from someone who has made a TON with them, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will s**** you over EVENTUALLY. MARK MY WORDS. Also file as many complaints with the BBB as you need. It helps to make them become more honorable. Also if you fb the company, theirs a group on their filing a class action suit against them, they need as many ppl to complain as possible. Stay blessed.

Referrals taken away and customer support not replying

AUTHOR: Rick - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2009

I worked very hard to get my 8 referrals and most of them came from coworkers or friends and now Transcendent Innovations has taken 2 of them away and will not let me get my Xbox 360.  I started this process 2 years ago and got 6 referrals, couldn't get the last 2 so I bought an Xbox.  I had to sell it over the summer to come up with money so I worked hard on getting 2 more referrals.  But Transcendent Innovations has unfairly taken 2 of my referrals away and did not count them and here is the exact details and their customer service refuses to answer me.

I had a person from work sign up 2 years ago - they signed up from work.  Then last month I called another one of my coworkers that works at the same location that I knew would do me a favor.  He signed up for Blockbuster and I got credit immediately so I put in for my prize.  Transcendent Innovations scam it might be because they took both referrals away from me for that location and their reply was I had someone from the same household sign up and you cannot have 2 sign ups from 1 household.  BULL!  I told them to check the IP address as it is a major telecommunications company that we work for and not a household.  2 different people, 2 different home addresses, 2 different credit cards and they took both referrals away from me!  If my friend had waited and signed up at home this wouldn't have happened because it would have been a different IP address.  I contacted support a month ago to explain this to them thinking that Trainn was smart enough to figure this out but now I am being ignored by support.  Support will not reply.  Is Trainn a scam?  I am going to give Trainn another week to do the right thing and credit my account and I will be back to tell you whether Trainn is a ripoff and scam.  It is pretty easy to identify that I had 2 different people sign up and they just happened to do it while they were at work so be careful if you are trying to get referrals TRAINN will take your referrals away just because you are coworkers at the same location.  Beware of TRAINN.

Support suggestion provides multiple contact methods

AUTHOR: Transcendent Innovations - Trainn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 03, 2009

To "Ripofftrain,"

The "ATTN Required - Please Contact" status indicates that there is a problem with your order that is preventing us from fulfilling until the issue is corrected or we receive approval from you to proceed with the order as is. Examples may include, but, are not limited to invalid contact information, an invalid shipping address or instructions, or a back-ordered reward.

You may communicate with us via email using the "Contact" link at the bottom of nearly every page of our site or using the Support ticket section of the site which can be accessed by visiting the "My Account" section and clicking on the "Support Ticket" link.

Train is a scam i believe

AUTHOR: Ripofftrain - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 12, 2008

I have signed up for my free Xbox from their website 3604free.com and i was supposed to have had my gift card (i chose gift card instead of the console) sent to me on approx the 8th of October. It has been OVER a month and still nothing. I have emailed them about 7-8 times, with no response whatsoever.

Any suggestions on what i can do? there isn't even a number i can call to contact them. I also can't change my gift, or at least I don't see how i can at this point in time. In the status, it simply says "please contact, attention required...yet no replies to any of my emails.

OK, they are legit, but their customer service is HORRIBLE...

AUTHOR: Piperx - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 10, 2008

After waiting a month for my 'Free iPhone' to ship, I decided to cancel that order and get Paypal cash instead. The money arrived 24 hours later. So, I guess they are not a scam after all. However, some simple communication would be nice. It's not like iPhones are in short supply right now. They in stock are everywhere. There was really no excuse for them to be backordered. And if they were backordered, let me know when I place my order and am told that it will ship in 2 weeks. In my case, I had waited 4 weeks. No iPhone, no explanation, no response to my various e-mails and support tickets on Trainn's website.

At the end of the day, I got $490 cash while spending under $200 and a few hours of my time. It was frustrating and scary at times, thinking that I had been ripped off. However, it worked out in the end. The sad thing is that Trainn is supposed to be the best one of these 'get stuff for free' sites out there. I'd hate to know what the other sites are like.

TraInn is NOT a scam!!

AUTHOR: Angylleyea - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 04, 2008

I started working with TraInn"s freebie sites in September and since that time I have received a PS3, an XBOX 360, and over $1500 in cash. They are not a scam, as a matter of fact they are probably THE most trustworthy site in the industry. Their support does take a couple of days but they are dealing with thousand of people on a daily basis and with that said I believe their support is top notch!!!
