Transit Systems Beware very unprofessional and full of lies, Fraudulent Moving Business-Madoff Incarnates Wayne Pennsylvania

I'm having a horrible experience with these Tugs doing fraudulent and dirty business like Modoff. These are faceless con men and women hiding behind the phone and ripping unsuspecting customers off. The fact is stay away from them. Never transact business with them. I recently transacted business with them to transport my mattress. They gave me a quote, I made payment and the mattress was picked up the next day by another company YRC. A day after the mattress was picked up, they called to tell me I have exceeded the weight and my credit card will be charged the extra fee. Never in my dealings with them did they mentioned weight. The only time I became aware of weight was a paper they sent me to be given to the pick up driver after I had made payment. I believe this is not an honest way of doing business. Customers have the right to know what they are paying for. When I call them to complain about it, they tag me as illogical customer. The have lied over and over again to advance their fraudulent business. They have refused to pick my calls for any discussions. John Tract, the Operations manager sent me an email saying "Please stop calling our office. Agree to pay the additional charges and we will deliver your mattress". They call to treatened me that if I don't pay the amount my mattress will be thrown out from the warehouse by YRC. That is how ruthless and heartless these guys are.
