I agree that $199 is not a big deal - unless, you are unemployed and searching for income. I was one of the fortunate ones that got mine refunded after having processed loads for a customer. However, I hate to think of how many did not get theirs back because they had to quit or were terminated. Also, "HE" doesn't pay for anything, the legimate companies that he talks into backing him pay it. i.e., Roadrunner and RFX.

I have to say that I did learn a lot about the transportation industry and being a Freight Agent, but I also have to say that I would not have learned as much if it were not for my own ability to reasearch what I needed to know and if I did not have communication with other agents that had prior experience in the industry. Because Mr. Collier is paranoid about anyone knowing anything it made it really difficult to be a professional.

I lost customers because of the way things were handled by Tranzcenter/RMS which was and is in no way professional. Training webinars were also a joke. The same information, which was getting around the website was the only thing covered and once you've witnessed this for many months, it became h*o-hum and useless. 

I believe Mr. Collier was only concerned with getting "his" portion of any freight moved.  I know that his "partnership" with Roadrunner was terminated for fraud he committed, but do not know the details.  I can tell you that he is not honest with the agents and does not know as much as he proclaims to know about the industry. (an RGN is not a refridgerated truck). 

I made "little" money and when I signed on with another Broker (that's what you were training for right?) it made him mad and he refuses to pay me my remaining commissions (and this is with all agents I know that have left and moved up, none of them got their money). And -- when you did earn commissions you never knew when or if you were going to be paid. This is another example of "unprofessionalism". 

I could write a book on the subject but I will just say that - yes, he is taking advantage of those that are looking for income from working from home.  He is not honest with them, gives them no help and doesn't pay when he is supposed to or at all.  Oh, and also, the number "I paid for" should have been terminated when I left, but I have found out that it is still active and he is taking my customers and/or prospects "I" contacted when they call instead of calling my new number!

You can research Milton Collier and find that this is not the only company he has started to fleece people. 

The bottom line is - don't believe him (or anyone else) that says you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars - it is not going to happen.  Especially with this company.  And - I suggest having an Attorney look at any contracts - his are a joke.

Yes Rob, one would be "dumb to Fork over any cash for a job"...As you so eloquently said.  However, the difference is, there is no supervisor telling you what time to report to work, what time to go lunch, or what time to leave for the day.  Basically with TranZcenter, you are your own boss.  You set your schedule, when you want to work, what hours you want to work, and how many hours you want to work. So in essence, it's more like starting your own business.  I have started businessess in the past, and the start up cost is a lot more than the $199 that I payed for the corporate phone line.  The access to the software, websites, and load boards we get more than compensates for that one time $199 fee.  I have only been a Freight Agent for TranZcenter for 2 weeks, however I do see the income earning potential.  It's not for everyone though.  You have to be a go getter and learn as much about the industry as you can. I am also a Veteran and an Active Reservist.  I did my research on the company and found some good and bad comments.  I prayed on it and decided to go on faith.  So far, it looks like a promising opportunity.  But like I said, It's not for everyone.  Maybe a regular 9 to 5 is what you need.  Good luck in your endeavors.

For all of you OTHER people reading this garbage--do a search on corporate phone lines, toll-free lines, rollover lines, etc--you'll quickly see that it doesn't cost anywhere near $199.00

But that's just beside the point.  If you're dumb enough to even fork over ANY cash for a "job," then you reap what you sow.

Right! First, this is a complete scam!  If the company is making as much money as claimed, then there is no need to charge "employees" for the 800 number.  It's easy, and FREE to setup call forwarding to anyone's home phone with a separate ring and caller ID to represent the "company."

Second, all of these people, or should I say--one person submitting these rebuttals is just that--ONE PERSON.  They are not multiple legit employees working for TranZcenter.  Look at the rebuttals carefully--each one has the SAME bad grammar.  One look reveals the true nature of the company, or person.

Do your research, people!  Google is free to use--do a good search and read all you can about this "company." I challenge you to find a single "legit" employee, or even any "real" positive reviews. Also, go to the BBB website--they're not even incorporated!

The part that really bothers me, is the attempt to target veterans.  I am a veteran of over 22 years, and I NEVER sent these scammers my resume.  Someone sifts through your "viewable" resume on whatever job search engines you've got them on.

As always--if it sounds too good to be true, then it is! Just because you have a website, doesn't mean it's legit!  Go ahead and visit MY site--I'll make you rich...lol.
