Concurrently or briefly thereafter this filing we are proceeding with a Superior Court lawsuit in excess of $1m plus attorneys fees and court costs for libel, defamation, stalking, cyber staking, harassment, writing false reviews, slander. You have been warned year after year, sh'es too obtuse clearly to heed the warnings and cease and desist she's been provided.

I suggest you immediately cease and desist/ refrain from any further libelous statements or I will dismiss the small claims suit and reopen this case in superior court , have our attorney file a lis pendens against your home which I will own if you don't stop, sue you for libel, defamation seeking punitive and special damages for your erroneous and bold face lies and attorneys fees

May I suggest you contact an attorney that specializes in Internet libel and defamation to comprehend what you just typed about my company, my employees and myself and what you stand to lose.

Statement after statement factually incorrect. Please bring Mike to court to answer questions from the judge. In addition to the rest of your preposterous FALSE claims, I do not answer phones nor email customers at any of my 4 businesses, we have two full time customer service agents answering phones for the pool and spa company.

Let me remind you

#1 you had ZERO complaints about our service.

#2 we told you as we tell everyone filter cleanings are performed twice per year minimum.

#3 your swimming pool was inundated with algae when we started service.

#4 your pool had no suction when we began service.

#5 you have a salt pool

#6 your salt pool had NO salt when we began service.

#7 how does a salt pool generate chlorine without salt?

#8 Mike authorized filter cleaning.

#9 Mike authorized salt, our poolman told Mike he had only two bags on the truck and would have to come back.

#10 Mike was present when salt was added.

#11 Door hangers are left on front doors as soon as the poolman arrives, not after hea leave.

#12 no additional notes would have been written since the homeowner or agent for the homeowner was present.

#13 Mike would ask voluminous questions weekly when the poolguy was servicing the pool and saw him weekly.

#14 Mike acting as your agent called the office several times asking questions and even approved a service call to see why the spa was draining.

#15 I asked Steve about your comment and he said, like the rest of your statements, you're full of it! We have had > 23,000 satisfied PAYING customers since 1996!

We have >600 positive reviews in aggregate. You didn't pay your bill, we don't work for free, we summarily terminated your services. We told you we would exercise our rights under the law to sue/ lien/ send to collections. You've already contradicted yourself online in your own reviews in addition to besmirching my good name. We have NEVER had a legitimate complaint, just people who don't pay, whom sue/win, lien and/ or sent to collections who DON'T PAY THEIR BILL!!!

LIES LIES LIES!! All OC POOL and SPA, Brian Rejniak, and Steve do is LIE! They take pride in ripping people off by claiming they did services which never even happened. Brian Rejniak and this company are absolute con artitsts.

We hired this company January 2018  they cleaned the pool/filter the very first visit. March 2018 they claimed they cleaned the filter yet again. Funny because pool filters are on average are only needed to be cleaned twice a year. Intersting how mine supposedly needed to be cleaned January and March 2018.

When I called Orange County Pool and SPA service I spoke to Steve "manager" he because EXTREMELY deffensive and couldn't tell me why the service was supposedly done yet again. He said he'd speak to Gabriel the individual who cleaned our pool and call me back. This company leaves door tags upon completion of their services. Well I still have my door tags from the THREE months we even had this joke of a company and NONE say they cleaned the filter nor did addtional services.

Steve's response to all this "it's hard to get your approval if you're never home" interesting Steve you have my phone number and my email you couldn't reach out that way? We had a new pool cleaing service company come in March 2018 who told us the prior company completely lied to us and did nothing they claimed they did. SURPRISE SURPRISE.... 

Brian Rejniak Orange County Pool and Spa Service started emailing claiming he was an attorney and being extremely verbally abusive and demanding. This guy is an absolute crook!!!! BEWARE OF ORANGE COUNTY POOL AND SPA SERVICE!!! GOOGLE this man/company prior to using them!!!!!!
