From what I've gathered, this guy changes the name of the company constantly (and possibly even his own last name) then goes out and botches jobs or doesn't pay laborers.

If you're a homeowner and researching the OTHER Tri-State Remodeling out of Delaware and haven't met any guy named Mike Scuba, Mike Sciubbia, Mike Scubbia, or any other name close to that then you are not dealing with the same people.
