Roadloans has not corrected my tripay information for my car note to come out monthly. Therefore piling charges up on me every month. Off the record, due to late payments I have 2 extra years to car loan mysteriously. No one ever solves anything. Then when I tried to buy another car they specifically faxed over a document stating I was a late pay. Now I work for the govt with steady income yet payments are never posted on time including the tripay deal.

I have a letter thanking me for tri-pay with my checking account information but nothing ever comes out and the collection calls start

I am cashing in a couple of avenues just to pay them off.

Cathy, Have you read the other rebuttals about Triad? If you have a few extra hours, I would suggest it. You will probably get a rebuttal from their legal department asking you to call them to try to resolve the issue. DON'T!

Everything concerning this company needs to be in writing, and sent certified return receipt. It's your paper trail and evidence. Please file a formal complaint with the FTC, and your State Attorney General. The more complaints, the better. Good Luck and happy reading!
