Tricon Development and Giluet I & II  are SCAMMERS. The SCAM is all about promising new start-up companies with funding up to 5 million with the one condition. In order to get funds from Giluet, companies must sign 10 year rental lease [30.000 sq/ft] for one of Tricon properties or properties yet to be purchased. There is no hedge-fund with 100s of millions waiting to be given away, Giluet Fund does not exist, it does not have offices with employees,  or proof of funds. Their press releases found on the web are a bait managed by Tricon. Tricon is made of  Rafi Weiss, T. Feld, and J. Canfield and Wayne Burmaster.   The goal is to get as many signed 10 year leases as possible,  so that Tricon can use these leases with banks to purchase buildings in the USA.  After they get you to sign the lease then you will have to wait 90 business days for the approval by Giluet, which never comes of course. If you are a start-up company and already talking to Tricon, do your home work, ask to get a name of their law firm so your lawyer can check on the funding program, get a list of companies that were actually funded by Giluet or Tricon for your due diligence.  They are scammers who are now being investigated by the SEC and FBI for a penny stock swindle amongst other allegations including fraud.   Check out the e-filings for Federal Lawsuits naming Weiss and Burmaster if you think I am making this up.  Check out the bbs for penny stock frauds too.  These guys are liars and scammers.

RAFI WEISS and Tricon Development Inc.

AUTHOR: Tricon.development Inc. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, November 10, 2012

The report filed, against Tricon & Rafi Weiss, was by the principals of a Canadian Company that makes car covers. They had requested that we arrange funding which we said we would attempt to do. After several months of negotiations, they claimed they needed $5 million. They had no contracts, no equipment, no collateral and all they had was an idea for a product that sells for $20 and is commonly advertised  in the back of car magazines.

In the midst of discussions, they became emphatic as to needing the money right away or their chinese manufacturer would cut them off. At that point, due to their having nothing to secure funding and with the concept being very shaky, we rejected the deal. In fact they could not justify the demand for $5 million to make what is essentially car covers, of which there are plenty already in the market.

We are not certain why, but they felt the need to try to damage us by threats and slander. They chose to call the FBI, newspapers and other parties to malign us. They also had someone call and threraten us. In fact, we debated whether to litigate or pursue them in their country. However, we decided that, with better things to do with our time, and with their obviously having no monies to cover any damages they caused us, pursuing them would be as useless as they seem to be.

We have many emails from them threatening to go to the FBI, newspapers and others. Ironically, you will find no other complaints on the web about us but, after this rebuttal comes out, they may take another try- seems like, unlike us, they have too much time on their hands and not much to do- unless you find them on a street corner with a cup in one hand and a car cover in the other, LOL.
