This guy is trying to con his way out of this and he never offered me a tire and
this is not what happen so he is lying. All I want is the tire that matches my
tire that he took off when he straightened one of my rims and put another tire
that was not right size or thread. So when I picked it up, he knew it was the
wrong tire, so he said bring it back, I will get you your right tire at other
shop. I said ok, came back to him, never got it and why would I say racist
things, I am a Mexican myself. My dad was born in El Paso, so can he come up
with a better excuse? ((((ROR redacted))) just want my tire, nothing else, nothing
free, just what is mine that I paid for, no more.  Two rims needed to get fixed. He said he could fix them and he did, but gave me one rim back with wrong tire size and wrong tread. So I called him. He said to bring it back. Went back to him. Now he won't give me my tire back. Just said, " to get out of my shop." I said no, I want my tire. I paid the different. He still would not, so told him I call police. He said go ahead.  


I would like to get the same tread of tire back. I dont want three the same & one different. Me and wife were stressed in him making us come up here 5 times

First and foremost, Trillo Tires is a legitimate locally owned and operated business, any accusations of drug involvement are absolutely false. The claims which are made in this report are also false. Trillo Tires values each and every one of our customers and strives to meet their needs and satisfy their expectations. The customer that is responsible for this complaint was not an exception. Trillo Tires took every step possible in attempting to satisfy Mr. Ponce's demands. We completed the work agreed upon in a timely manner and when we were unable to repair one of Mr. Ponce's tired and were unable to reach him for several months we were forced to discard the the tire. By law we are unable to store unsalvageable tires. When Mr. Ponce did come to pick up his tires he was upset because of the discarded tire eventhough we explained the it was not usable. He demanded a new tire and we eventually met his demand in order to preserve our business relationship with the customer. As I mentioned earlier our customer's satisfaction is extremely important to us. As time passed Mr. Ponce continued to make unreasonable demands even after we did all that we could to solve the problem. He threatened that if we did not provide him with three new tires to match the free tire we had already given him, he would take us to court and slander our name. We explained to Mr. Ponce why this was unreasonable and that we as a company cannot give free merchandise away when we were not at fault to begin with and considering we had already tried to satisfy him by replacing the used unsalvageable tire that was discarded with a brand new tire. Mr. Ponce became outraged and began making threats and racist remarks to our employees. He was told to leave and never return. This report followed the incidents that had occured. We would like to make it clear that we did do all that we could for Mr. Ponce and we truly value our customers.
