Trim Genesis Unknown Debited money from my husband's account and shipped products that I didn't order. The address is wrong and I am asleep at 1:30 am wouldn't order this. St. Petersburg Florida

 Today I received in the mail two health supplements of which I did not order. I went ahead and opened it. The package and packing slip was wrong. My name, street, city, ZIP, was right but the state was wrong. They had me living in Alabama not NM. I looked up the name of the product company online Trim Genesis and it showed up as a scam. They said there is no website or physical address. The information site I found gave me the contact phone number to call. I called and explained the situation to the young lady and straight away she started arguing. I was told that I had to have ordered it. All I wanted was it cancelled and a refund. To include my information taken out of their system and my husband's card number taken out too. I was starting to have an anxiety attack, so my daughter got on the phone and talked with her. She tried to argue with her also. My daughter told her she wanted to speak to her supervisor. So she came on and was told about the situation. My daughter was put on hold a couple of times and a man came on the line. She explained the situation to him. Told him everything to include that there is no company information on the package or packing slip. Quite frustrating. He said that the order was placed at 1:30 am on August 16, 2017 Wednesday with my husband's card. First thing is I am asleep at that time and my husband goes to bed at 10:00 pm. My daughter was up at that time making a bottle for the baby and then had a cigarette outside. My husband would not do this as a gift for me. His card was hacked awhile ago. Now he had to have his card cancelled because of this. If we wanted to buy this product we can get it much cheaper for much more at Walmart. A bottle of Garcinia Cambosia is $97.00 60 Caps and a bottle of Forskolin Extract is $60.00 30 Caps. I don't want anyone to go through this like I did. It is very personal and stressful. I am going through a lot of unresolved health issues. So I do not need this, my migraines are on rise, really not good on a day like today. I don't know if they actually refunded the money back. But, every penny counts when you live on a fixed income. Credit card was in my husband's name not mine, we didn't make the charges someone else did. Thank you for your consideration.
