Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was quoted a price for the superb lumar window tint. then the price increased 1/2 hour later to 3.50 sq. ft. and was told they sell it and have it in stock.
I drove 60 miles to reno the next day to pickup,there I was told the price was 4.00--for the same tint that started out at 3.13. when I objected they told me they would sell it to me for 3.50.
then they told me they did not sell just the tint normally. and tryed to sell me a tint job. All this was so screwy from what the same guy told me over the phone that I had him refund my money before they cut the tint and left. Zero integrity. I smelled a ripoff.

Reno and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada. These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State. Trimline Window Tinting has been notorious for years for their bait-and-switch and shoddy work.

I see that some years ago you experienced what you believed to be misleading information when considering Trimline of Reno for a window tinting job. I can assure you that we never deal with our customers in the way that you have described and we always adhere to specific price quotes that we make to customers over the phone. If we had gotten a complaint from you we would have been happy to sort the situation to your satisfaction.
