I personally don't know who the woman being attacked is but seriosuly whoever had nothing else to do with her time and chose to type such nasty comment needs to grow up.

It is obvious you (the person who typed it) are bitter and envious about this woman.  If your man had something to do with her then you don't need to take it out on someone who has no commitment to you. You're taking it out on the wrong person.

Her personal life has nothing to do with her career and really, what she wants to do with her personal life  should not be a concern of yours.

Ewe Whee, somebody is upset!! But, this doesn't sound like Kim Hess to me. Don't know who the author is but it's easy to read between the lines on this one. Kim Hess is a single, adult female. There's the end of that issue. Now, I spent 30 years in law enforcement, 25 of those as a criminal investigator including sex crimes and child abuse. I learned how to read people. I've dealt with some sure enough s***k whores in my day. I can assure you Kim Hess is far from that description. Attractive and fun loving, YES. s***k w***e? No way.

She is a very kind and caring person who takes her career very seriously. She is probably the most positive person I've ever met. Somebody is just angry and trying to damage her career.

Each and every one of the persons posting rebuttals against your outburst knows exactly who you are, including E and all of the rest of his friends and band members.  I was concerned at first at how this would effect my business and reputation to those who didn't know me, now... I realize the only one that needed to be concerned is you. Your attempt at sabotaging me backfired.

I truly feel sorry for you and pray daily that you get the help you need before you completely ruin your own life and all those around you, more than you have already.

I have known Kim Hess since 1997. She is a woman of high integrity both personally and professionally. Kim is true to her word and always has been. She is a good mother who has raised two caring and capable children.

Kim has been interested in health and consciousness for many years. She created her business with the vision of helping people and the planet by sharing her gifts for creating a more balanced, healthy, enjoyable life through, yoga, sailing, health and kindness for the planet. She has never lost sight of this over the many years.

I have had positive experiences with Kim when purchasing yoga wear from her. The clothes were high quality and reasonably priced. Although I don't live near Kim, and therefore am not able to do her classes regularly, I have been in her yoga classes and have been impressed with her level of commitment. Her Yoga Onboard book is educational and really well done.

I have known Kim Hess for only a short time, but in the times we have sailed together (twice delivering her boat) worked on her boat and simply hung out with her, there was never any indication that Kim conducted her life in such a manner as you accuse her of.

The last time I saw Kim, she graciously allowed me to stay on her boat while I was awaiting an owner to arrive for a boat delivery.

I find Kim Hess to be a very professional where her business is concerned, very open and friendly and always concerned of the welfare of others.

Also, please Keep in mind your statements are libelous and could be grounds for a lawsuit against you if you have no proof to support your claims.

My wife and I have known Kim for almost 8 years.

We have always had the highest regards for her and the way she does business at Tropic Yoga.

I was personally involved in the purchase of her new sailboat. This boat was purchased with the express interest in teaching people the art of sailing. The Boy Scouts go through a lot of back ground checks and I'm sure that if there were any truth to this she would not be there.

The person who wrote this must have nothing better to do. I'm going to assume that she is just a very jealous person that needs to take a long look in the mirror.

In the time that I have known Kim, I have found her to be nothing less than a genuine, caring and compassionate person whose primary interest is to make the world that she lives in a better place and to the brighten lives and help those around her. Kim is known by many in the sailing and yoga community; everyone that I have encountered, who knows Kim, always speaks very highly of her.

It is apparent to the people who know her well that the allegations published here are inconsistent with every trait that Kim exhibits and are nothing more than a malicious and defamatory attempt to assassinate her character.

Additionally, I fail to see relevance of this malicious allegation to Kims business. It appears to precipitate from another source. With that being said, it is fairly transparent from the posting that the true source of the problem/complaint is NOT Tropic Yoga or Kim Hess but lies deeply rooted in the foundation of what the author affectionately refers to, in their words, broken cheaters. The author feels compelled to warn readers to keep Kim away from your men out of fear of them being a broken cheater? Perhaps a deep dive exploration into the physic of a broken cheater would serve to be a more constructive and less malicious/defamatory avenue for the author to explore.

Who knows- Cognitive exploration may open up a whole new window of enlightenment and understanding for the author that is rooted on facts and not based on inaccurate projections of blame and hatred to others as currently evident from the posted allegations.

Fortunately for those people whom have the honor of either knowing Miss Hess professionally and or personallywould whole heartlydisagree with these outlandish and highly personal attacks not only Miss Hess but also on her Business.

And here I thought this was about reporting business experiences. What kind of individual would make this a showcase for their personal problems? Kim is one of the most positive individuals I know, so focused on good energy and karma that this comment is laughable.

In the 8 years I have worked with and known Kim Hess, I have always found her to be a genuine and giving person. Her belief in Karma wouldn't allow her to do any of the vile things she has been accused of. It is obvious that the person who wrote this is a vile and vindictive person who is trying to back-stab a wonderful person to try, in some sick way, to make their miserable existence justifiable.

Mean and vindictive people always seem to spout the most unbelievable lies, and the vehemence and poison in this attack only points out more vividly just how sick this poor person must be.

Kim, your friends all know who and what you are, and that is why we love you. Don't let the mean spirited low lives get you down. Attitude is the difference between an ordeal and an adventure, and you have the greatest attitude of anyone I know!

Get a life - this post is a pathetic attempt to ruin someone else. If your husband slept with her (which I doubt) then HE is just as scumbag.

So, just how fat are you? Maybe lose some weight and take care of yourself and things will change.

Who ever wrote this is quite twisted. I feel sorry for the person and whoever is involved with them. The author of the slander could be the one with all those problems, no?

Kim is a great asset to the community and the Sea Scouts, they are lucky to have such a bright and hardworking lady among them.

I have known Kim Hess for many years, she is well respected in the Miami/Keys area and has been both a business associate and friend of mine for many years. She is a wonderful instructor and has been developing a positive charter business.

None of what is stated is remotely accurate, its sounds more like a vindictive person who doesnt know what they are talking about. After coming across this I think it is equally suspect that there is no claim to the slash on her character.

If any of this was true the claimant should have to take ownership of such defamation of character. This is illegal and I only hope Kim is able to unearth who would be at the source. If the author is reading this, what you have done is illegal and I only hope she chooses to press charges.
