 I recieved a collection notice in the mail today 3/25/17, stating I owe a debt of $139.97 to the creditor TRS Limited. I have never heard of this company, nor do I have any debt or knowledge of owing a debt of this or any similar amount of money to any company. Further more, tried to reach Tate & Kirlin Associates multiple times. Message stated all associates currently busy with other clients at this time. Went to a message que. Then states this person can not except any more messages. Want answers, can't get ahold of anyone to ask questions of. Refusing to pay on a debt I have no known of. Want answers and advice.

I received a letter from a ccb credit services to pay a debit of 139.97 to TRS LIMITTED LLC for an order that I did not placed and I did not received. I just call the phone no. on the letter and disputed it. What should I do please?

NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS, INC. June 27, 2021 Segalit K. Siegel 1626 Thayer Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90024-6009 To Whom It May Concern, I received two (2) statements that were dated as of June 18, 2021 from your company, National Medical Administrations, Inc., which I have never heard of before and have never had any business transactions before as well, was served a Creditor's Warning letter, when I did not receive a single or follow-up statement/s to begin with. The first letter dated June 18th, claimed that TRS LIMITED-LIFE CBD, is a company that I have never heard of before and therefore had no business transactions whatsoever, claimed that I owed $119.97. The Creditor Acct # is 1488579. My Reference # is 1518354. Interestingly enough, I received a Second Debt Collector's letter without receiving any prior statements from National Medical Administrators. The reference # is 1515224 from Creditor TRS Limited-Cogni Lift, the Account # is 1488579 for the amount of $159.97, which approximately totals to $280.00 without the cost of tax plus shipping and handling. I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau, the California Labor Board and the California Bar Association. I have done research on your company and you are a fraudulent outfit located in West Los Angeles and not in Norcross, GA. I may be 60 years old but I have an advanced degree as does my husband and you have caused me unnecessary duress and I am thinking of taking you to the Small Claims Court for Harassment. This was a trial order which was free and I was told that I would only be charged if I ordered more....which I did not. I was told by National Medical Administrators, Inc. that I had 30 days to respond to their notice. This is a completely false charge. I intend to notify this company that this is an unfounded charge.
