I hired Vanessa Heim for a simple civil matter and she found a way to totally screw up the case and LOSE it, all the while trying to sell me add-on legal services.

This woman is a real loser; she should go back to being a file clerk and gofer per her resume.  She is NOT an attorney, or even a lawyer!  Trullinger & Wenk should be ashamed to claim her, and they are equally responsible for failing to provide adequate supervision.

1. company failed to even use a legal checklist for legal case

2. constantly marketing to customers to file Bankruptcy rather than providing legal representation.  I guess it is the legal version of pursuing the "path of least resistance."

3. Failed to adequate contest a Motion for Summary Judgment and mount a simple and straightforward and substantial Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment.

4.  Managers/owners failed to provde adequate and meaningful supervision of this clearly incompetent individual.

This was my first encounter in a legal environment and I only later learned of many of these facts! Therefore I believe the representation was clearly a ripoff !  They will not be in business for long using their current incompetent business model.
