 The web page that I ordered from I cannot find as of yet. It was a link from Facebook I think. I placed my order number n May 14, 2017, I did have some issues on the page; I could not see everything on the page. They offered a 14 day trial with option to cancel at the end of the trial. My order arrived on the 18th. The Problem is they never said it starts the day you order. If I that is the case I don't have 14 days to try the product, I only have 10. On May 28th, they withdrew $149.90 from my account.

In total they have $184.84 of my had earned money for a product that I decided to cancel and they refused to give me a refund. The first person adamantly said that no refund will be giving especially if I have opened the bottle. She gave her ID# 391 and said have a good day and hung up the phone. I called back and a different person answered and I told her the same thing I told the first person that I didn't have 14 days to try the product but 10 days. This person also said that I couldn't get a refund as well. I was just as adamant as the first.

This person said she could give me only 35% of my money back, but I told her that $184.84 was taken out of my account. Then she said that she could offer me 50% of my funds back as a friend and family of the program. I said yes, but I did call my bank to dispute, but the dispute office is closed today (holiday). I will call them the next day to get my full refund back. The third person I talked to #251 said that it is in the advertisement that the 14 day trial starts the day I order but I don't remember reading that.

I supposed that's how they justify taking money without authorization. A person I'd yo assume that a 14 day trial starts before you receive the product. If I needed to consult my doctor about using the product than I would only have less than 10 days to try the product out. According to agent391 she said that 14 days include checking with your physician to see if it's okay to use the product. Hello!!! I still have to make an appointment first, it's not a walk-in. I'm tired of purchasing from companies that are evasive about what they mean.
