Tune Up Plus DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE Norfolk Virginia

On Feb.21 approximately 10:30am,I took my vehicle to the Tune Up Plus at 818 E. Little Creek Rd.,Norfolk,Va. 23518 to get a simple oil change.I was told I could pick my vehicle up in an hr.When I came back to pick it up(and after paying the $44.14)I noticed after getting into my vehicle that the speedometer hand was broken and laying in the dial.I mentioned this to Eric Toxey(manager) who told me it would cost me $85.00 for them to diagnose the problem.I told him it was NOT broken whenI bought my vehicle there(otherwise I would've had them fix it) and became very rude,and told me they didn't do it.This is a very simple issue and I feel like they are trying to charge me money for something that they broke.I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau againdst this company and an attorney will be next.
