... Have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life. Went to tune up plus to get an oil change, tire rotation, and have my fuel pump replaced.
... When i arrived the people behind the desk were to worried about texting and going outside to smoke to notice any customers. When i arrived home my car was smoking, i had to take it to a different car shop to find up TUNE UP PLUS only put 2 qt of non-synthetic oil(when i paid for a synthetic oil change) in my car and put the WRONG filter on. After contacting tune up plus a number of times they want to dodge me and my phone calls. I will never go back to this shop nor will i recommend it. I would advise against going here. Horrible work for Horrible prices.

It figures tht I would be a angered employee.. No I am an angered customer.. Or former customer. Stop trying to act like a real company when you are nothing but one big scam. I will also be reporting to the enforcement for the drug use openly condoned.
