The Rodent Guys and Tunnel Fill are a shady company with shady morals, do not trust them! They lie and claim to have invented Tunnel fill, but they stole the idea from us, and worse yet, their product does not work! TunnelFill.com is a rip off of our product do not buy this crap! It is MORE expensive than our product 'Gopher Goo' and yet our product actually works.  Do yourself a favor and get the real thing at www.gophergoo.com. These bottom feeders at the Rodent Guys and Tunnel fill are trying to steal our idea and attempted to copy our patented product. They just have no morals about stealing another persons invention and hawking it like a fake Fendi purse on the street corner. It is sad really, they made really odd videos and claimed we supported this product by leaving fake comments from other people including us (Crop Doctor). but they moderate their comments so we cannot respond, and then they 'thank us' for the nice comment.  The lies just go on and on, I would not trust them with ANY of my pest control work.

Tunnel fill is a silly knock off of a good product called Gopher Goo. The Tunnelfill.com site and the videos are juvenile and read all the comments, they are claiming to be us, leaving their OWN comments, and I do NOT endorse this garbage knock off product. I am shocked that someone would stoop so low as to steal another persons idea that is patented and just try to get away with it. We told them it was patented but they don't care, they are just out to make a buck. You can see for yourself, look at their site and then look at ours at www.gophergoo.com, we have real testimonials and our product really works. Check out their reviews (that they didn't leave themselves) no one likes their product and they are the only one leaving good comments except the fake ones from us, the Crop Doctor. They put it on Amazon and they got a 'hated it' rating and check out this one www.freeindex.com/profile(tunnel-fill)_13020.htm Rating: 1 out of 5.  I think it is so sad to ruin a good idea with a crappy imitation that just doesn't work. Ugggg!!

Tunnel Fill is SCAMMING you!

AUTHOR: The Crop Doctor - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, May 26, 2012

This will all be settled soon, and who is the Scammer?  That would be YOU Nick Nielsen, you who are trying to dupe unsuspecting consumers into thinking your product works like ours, Gopher Goo.  The sad part is that your product DOES NOT WORK. Period.

Why would you have to buy similar domain names to ours and use Gopher Goo ey . . . that is really low Nick, were are your professional ethics?  I did nothing but defend my legal patent, and here you go with the disinformation campaign.  Gopher Goo ey?  Really??  You should be ashamed of yourself, how pathetic . . .

Expect a letter from my attorney next week to you, to Wondersoil, and to You tube.  Since you posted our logo after I told you it was protected hopefully you understand the repercussions . . . I told you it was protected and you posted it anyway.   Now the law can sort out who is right here, and you brought all this on yourself Nick.

I tried to be nice about it, but once you started posting fake posts using my name (Crop Doctor is also trademarked), then you just went to far and I had to engage in a response and waste a bunch of time on you and your silly product.  As for the videos, did you know that posting as me is against You tube guidelines and can get your you tube channel shut down?  Not that anyone is going to miss your silly videos, they are so ridiculous, but stealing someones identity on the web is a crime Nick, and you really should have considered it before you posted as me . . . consult an attorney, you are going to need one.

This review above is just what I am talking about, Gopher goo has this hands down, and this knock off is embarrassingly ineffective.  No more needs to be said and I just hope people don't waste any more money on it . . . what a joke!!

Tunnel Fill

POSTED: Friday, May 25, 2012

This is a little difficult to do as I'm not into complaints , but the fact is the Tunnel Fill products don't work.
It tok me several tries until I found that Gopher Goo does the job. Tunnel Fill does does not.

Add to that the fact that Tunnel Fill contains toxic chemicals I wouldn't want in my yard.  I purely comes back to this.  Tunnel Fill is ripping off the product of another company already patented.  No one should use this product, one because it just doesn't work, and secondly because its possible the product is put forward with gross misinformation.

I warn you.

Be careful.

Tunnel fill is dangerous and a waste of your money and time

AUTHOR: The Crop Doctor - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 25, 2012

This is all so amazing to me, the actual inventor, that now this man is claiming he invented this product and is actually calling it Gopher Goo ey.  This is an underhanded trick on you so he can trick our loyal customer base into his ridiculous website and to buy his product thinking you have the real thing, Gopher Goo.  The stuff he sells you does not work, is made from Poly-acrylamides which break down into neuro-toxins in your soils, and is a joke.  Our starch based Gopher Goo which is 100% non-toxic, great for the garden, and actually works.  He is a thief, a liar, and trying to make a buck on something that DOES NOT work.  We tried it here, it was just a crazy expensive item that did nothing . . . it would bother me less if it actually did work, but it doesn't and its not safe to use either.  Do you want neuro-toxic Acrylamides (a synthetic and cheap knock off that is DANGEROUS!!) in your garden or near your home?  Google Acrylamides, they are not safe to use and will end up in our ground water too.  Easy on the gopher, bad for the garden and for you too!

Look at the you tube videos, he actually said I (the Crop Doctor) endorsed his product . . . what a underhanded and sneaky man, and he will stop at nothing to try to ruin our reputation while he steals our idea.  We are patented, we did the work and the research and spent the time and money to bring this to market only to have someone make an expensive and useless item that will do nothing but rob your wallet.  After you see what he has done, please find us at Gophergoo.com and get the real thing.

We made it so everyone could have success in controlling gophers and here he goes with a web campaign to steal it from us with a useless knock off.  It would bother me less if Tunnel fill worked, but it does not . . . don't waste your money, get the real thing "Gopher Goo' at Ace Hardware and from us a www.gophergoo.com.

Thank you for reading this and helping us shut this guy down!

Tunnel fill is a Rip Off, does not work (read the reviews), and they are stealing our patented product and ruining it with their shameful and sad copy of an excellent product.

AUTHOR: The Crop Doctor - (United States of America)

In response, Nick Nielsen, I personally called you and emailed you months ago and informed you that Gopher Goo is a patented product and that you may not know it but you were producing a knock off product of our patented Gopher Goo gopher control.  You said you didn't know and would think about how to handle it, you did not say you have a patent which you don't.  And now all the sudden you do?  Check the dates of our videos and blogs, and we have extensive records and proof that you are lying.  You do not have a patent to show me and I know that is because it does not exist . . . my attorney did a thorough search and we are years ahead of you.  Basically you saw a chance to make a buck and took it.

I say again, show me the patent Nick, dates do not lie, but you sure do!  How would you feel to have someone copy and then ruin your patented idea?  You should be ashamed of yourself and take this garbage off the market in good faith or produce this ghost patent you claim to have.  I contacted your manufacturer, you cannot steal intellectual property and get away with it.  Are we supposed to feel sorry for you because you have a large family?  I also have a family to support and a large amount of money invested in our product and yours DOES NOT WORK.

Your Tunnel Fill videos are sad (and you can even hear a little girl saying "that didn't work in the back ground).  The product is a knock off that does not get the job done, the reviews are terrible, and you didn't do your homework which is going to be expensive.  I offered to help you and told you that it is my legal responsibility to defend our patent which I patiently explained to you.  At that time you never said word one about having a patent, and now you do?  Interesting turn of the coin Nick Nielsen, very interesting.  Give me the patent number and we can clear this up, but you can't do that can you?  Again, you should be ashamed of your low morals and ethics, you STOLE this idea and are trying to make people believe otherwise.  That is a lie and you know it!

Do the right thing Nick Nielsen, you have a chance to do this before we proceed legally.  I have seen your posts claiming to be me (the Crop Doctor) on your sad and  unprofessional videos which you yourself posted and that is illegal and immoral . . . that I ever endorsed this is ALSO a lie and further proves my point.  Who is attacking who?

Nick Nielsen the 'Rodent Guy' (how fitting that is) and Tunnel fill have a lot in common, they are both ineffectual and claim to be what they are not.  Take down the fake posts on your videos and show me the patent and work with me to resolve this.  If what you say is true you should have no problem doing this.  Your fake posts using MY name pushed me to write this and to start legal action against you, lets stop wasting time and money on this and get REAL.  Gopher Goo is patented, it works and its NOT yours to steal or reproduce.  End of subject.

Competitor Maliciously Attacking Business

AUTHOR: Tunnel Fill - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, April 01, 2012

This is a competitor trashing our name. It's obvious by the multiple references to and promotion of her own product.

This report comes from a competitor who is obviously very unprofessional and childish.  She has posted reviews for two companies I own even though her real issue is with one.  She thinks our product is derived from hers even though our patent application is years before hers and we will have our patent issued at the end of the year or early next. She has no actual patent for her product. Both of our companies have patent applications in, and she is trying to bully us because we are a blue collar family with 5 children with limited legal resources to fight her.

She claims she has a patent and demanded we pay her a royalty.  We simply asked for a copy of the patent to confirm her statement and demands before we did anything.  She of course did not have any of this because she is lying.  I won't say anything bad about her product, I wish her the best in her venture.

Please think about reports like this and the fact sometimes they are written by people with financial gain.  The cyber attack she has launched started after we asked for her patent information which she was unable to produce.  All these statements are unfounded with malicious intent toward both the product she feels is similar to hers, and also to my personal service business (Rodent Guys), which is unrelated to the product she has an issue with. The attack on my service business is motivated by her wish to financially ruin me through any means available.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
