Bought tv ears thinking it would help those around me not be driven crazy by the loud volume on the TV when I watch. After the setup which was extremely difficult in and of itself, it lasted a grand total of about 12 days before it was ready for the trash heap. I heard absolutely nothing from them from that point on. Troubleshooting didn't help. So now starts the return process. 2 more weeks of agony for my family. And the replacement could be just as bad. Judging by the amount of complaints I've seen online, this is quite common.  This company probably started off well, but now they cut corners and do everything cheaply and the customer is the one who gets the defective product and the headache of returning after buying it, and the uncertainty of the reliability of the replacement. I've read that after 6 months the warranty only means a 50% discount. Anyone associated with this product should be ashamed.
