I ordered Transformers the generation 1 series cartoons for just under 100.00 dollars. I have been charged. I have never received any tracking number. I emailed them several times with no answer. And now the website is gone! So im pretty sure i have been scammed.

Tvboxset.com is indeed a scam.
I had tried to order from this website as well and I had the exact same problems that many other people have reported. I called the post office and they gave me the *exact* same information that other victims have indicated: the company simply pays for a shipping label and then that is the last that the post office hears from them.
The intent there is to generate a valid tracking number which adds to the scam.
Furthermore, the scammers send out canned emails regarding 'technical difficulties' and use canned responses to blog postings about the company.
If you do a search on the internet for "Tvboxset scam" you will find that there are a LARGE number of people who have been scammed and continue to be.
Please file a formal complain with IC3 and FTC.
