On the 10th January 2009 i ordered the Disney 100 years of Magic Dvd collection. $350 australian dollars was debited from my credit card on the 12th jan. i recieved an email on the 19th Jan stating that my order was being processed and i'd recieve my tracking number in the next 3-5 days.
i still havnt as yet recieved anything, not even a response to my numerous emails (almost one a day) regarding my order. the website is still up and running and i can still log into my account and view my order details. i have been on forums and found that i'm not the only person that this has happened to. The website has currently got listed new boxsets for February.
The owner, whose name is Megan Belvedere needs to be caught and thrown into jail. The address seems dodgy as i've looked it up on google earth and there is a photo of a derelect house. the phone numbers arn't legitimate. i have reported the website to the internet crime complaint centre. something needs to be done. its hard for me because i live in australia.
