TVDVDCOLLECTION.com Have not recived item ordered Nov.2008 will not resond to emails Tuson Arizona

in nov. 2008,i ordeers a set of dvd's for my grandson for christmas. I had also order a set for my husband(which I recived) as of date 2/23/2009 i have not recived the set for my grandson. i send emails at least once a week. I have recived only a few back from a Megan Belvedere , one saying that a shipping number would be emailed to me,another saying the dvd was send back whne it was held up in customs, and a third saying at the hold up was because of the Chinese New year. the order number is 625, it was paid for directly from my bank. (which they had no problem in processing and taking the money), the total amount was $88.99. i can not find a telelphone number for them or i would call. $88.99 is not easy to come by, and it was the one thing my grandson ask for christmas. I am at my wits end trying to find out what is going on with this. If there is any thing I can do (including forwarding the emails from them I will be more that happy to do so.) this is the first bad experance i have had in all my internet shopping.

Thay are conected to Zen Cart ecommerance and I have no address for them.
