Twisted Motorsports - James Stephens Sold defective scooter and extended warranty thats worthless Marietta, Georgia

On Feb. 22 I purchased a 150cc tpgs-840 Bashan Scooter by Peace Motorsports complete with extended warranty that covered bike front wheel to back wheel. On my way home the alloy luggage rack cracked in half destroying trunk and extra helmit.The bike showed 24 miles. Aweek later the muffler fell off damaging lower body.The following week the electrical went out I later found main wiring harness had melted together like one wire.Two weeks later the rear tire tread seperated causing blowout nearly killing me as I fought to stear bike through oncoming traffic. PEACE MOTORSPORTS COULDNT BELIEVE THAT James Stephens the owner of business says nothing he can do but sell me new parts and that He had lots of biker friends so all his problems just seam to disappear.He also informed me his father had vast resorses and good lawyers.Anyway I bought muffler was given tires that separated a week later. Aand I found online that the factory tores were rated for 30 mph. On a bike thats capable of highway speeds. Ive bought 2 more mufflers and now the head is stripped out from dropping mufflers. James says riding no muffler wont hurt anything and police wont bother me. Im also welcome to bring bike in for an estimate to repair. Online Ive found numerouse other coustomers with exact same defects. Dont let these people sell you a substandered scooter that may get you killed.
