TXU txu ripped us off no good services watch out dallas Texas

I've a customer for 19yrs and they've went from good to bad.This company has really pissed me off.I'm a single parent of two on a fixed income. I recently moved to a new address and they charged me $ 370.52 for a deposit in March. And then in April they charged me $ 297.11 and for May they charged $ 235.25 outrages.This tdu charge is $72.97 for March and $67.96 for April.Who is this we're paying two company's why not pay the company it's coming from direct.They haven't tried to console me in no form on this matter.PLEASE HELP?

I have had TXU since I took my home over from my Grandparents who left it to me. It is 2690 square feet and my last bill was $245.00. SO have you been late on your bills in the past?? What is the reason they should console you? They are not counselors. You can sign up for average billing which helps -
Regardless if you are a single mother or not - if you have a late or no payment history then they can charge you fees. If you cannot pay these fees the I suggest you either go to the utilitybillassistance.com for assistance. YEY you can log into a computer and make a complaint so you have electric and internet access. IF you are that desperate I think you should think about your priorities.
